I really like Dr. Saxon, he is excellent at what he does. I have an issue with the office staff. I have left numerous messages for the office manager to please call me about a credit I have on my account. We are not talking one or two calls we are talking greater than five over an almost three week period! If there was an issue with the refund there should have been at LEAST the common courtesy of returning a phone call. If I owed them I would be getting calls every day. What I am really upset about is being completely ignored.

Today we had the family dentist day. I have an autistic kid who dislikes the dentist but fortunately for us Lola Aguirre was the technician who guided Max thtu what was about to happen and lended him a dinosaur to feel safe while getting his teeth cleaned. Needless to say, she deserves recognition for her dedication. Thanl you!

I was here about a month ago for a crown and they had no problem with my insurance. I been coming here for years until today, when they claim my insurance was not activive. I called my insurance and verified everything was fine. I think they need to get a new computer system or train their employees better!

Very clean establishment with very kind, friendly staff who made me very aware of what was going to be done, price and options for procedures. Very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I'm terrified of dentist work, though I didn't have any done due to me not being able to afford the extraction, I was not afraid to have it done here if I had been able to afford it. They were kind enough to offer help by having me apply for the care thing, (forgive me for not remembering the name of what I was applying for. 😔). They even referred me to another dentist that I may be able to afford. I highly appreciate the way they took care of me as a person and a customer.

It was a great experience. The staff is so nice and its the best dental place i went to. I have to return in two weeks and then again as well and i have no problem doing so because i like going there. The wait is short. People their are friendly and patient if you have dental anxiety like me. The lady i worked with was Heather. She is so awesome. Who I'll get next is hope and she seems so sweet. The lady at the front desk and the dentist himself was super nice also!!

The staff is so friendly and very accommodating to my every need. The office hours are wonderful to help with scheduling an appointment, I recommend North Tarrant Dental for their friendly atmosphere, very short wait time, and their office hours. Because I had a special situation I had to see Dr. Steffer and he is a gem. He took time to explain all the procedures and he always makes sure that I am satisfied with our conversation and that I don't have any questions. Thank you!!!!
