This was a great place for my family and I've paid all my bills upfront before leaving. Never gave them an issue. At some point my insurance here became out of network and I wasn't told until it was too late and now I got a fat bill to pay. Seems like when coverage information changes it isn't passed on immediately and you as a client will find out when it's too late. You'd figure your provider will tell you when they don't have a contract with your insurance anymore and become out of network you will be immediately informed but nope not here.

When I say my experience was wonderful from beginning to end. My first time here. Found them on google, and had good reviews Staff was excellent. Dr. Whinery was magnificent. She did an excellent job in my mouth( my filling in my front tooth fell out from a previous dentist). I have never felt comfortable at the dentist and she definitely made it a great experience. Thank you Dr. I will be recommending you!!!

I absolutely love the care me and my family get here. The ortho is amazing and the kids dentist's there are great. The staff's very friendly and treat everyone with a welcoming smile. Definitely worth 5 stars. The kids are very comfortable with everyone there. :)

Front desk staff&Technicans as well as the dental hygentists are amazing very friendly & kind hearted ... Dr. Patel is very hilarious; made me feel very relaxed when i was nervous about my extraction (even when i didnt show it). Also was very patient with my hyperness had 3 cups of Coffee that Day.

Please do not schedule with this office. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and scheduled for a consult with this office to speak about braces. She insisted I needed a deep cleaning before I have ANY treatment done. I ended up leaving the office very confused and upset as the hygienist told me I had a horrible gun disease.
This was December. In April I scheduled with another dental office to have my cleaning. Expecting to have to deep cleaning I went in and needed nothing but a normal prophylaxis cleaning.
It’s sad that this happens to so many people. Please be aware of dental chains like this one.

I also received a random X-ray charge MONTHS later and was told I was being sent to collections if not paid. The lady I spoke with at their call center was extremely rude.

The one good thing I can say is the lady who does ortho at this office was very sweet. And the lady who wrote off the X-ray charges was very considerate.

This review is coming from a person with super sensitive teeth and a traumatic dental history: Hope is the BEST dental hygienist in every aspect. I’ve never been in better hands. Dr Whinery is GREAT with children. And adults. But it’s especially comforting to know and see that your child’s dentist actually cares. These ladies will make you laugh so much. I feel so welcome and comfortable at every visit that I honestly look forward to seeing them every 3 months. Love them!!

I have been going to this dentist for years. Highly recommend them. I have seen several different dentist. Dr J is my favorite, but all of them have been exceptional.

They're always friendly and nice!! They helped me a lot with a root canal. I was in awful pain and they saw me on a Sunday and helped the pain. They were about the only dentist place open on Sunday. Been my dentist for about 2 years now. Wouldn't go to any other dentist.

Alliance Dental Services is a very professional yet friendly place. They provide modern ‘one stop shop’
dental care. The hygienists are very thorough. The dentists are very knowledgeable and skilled.

The staff is always professional and sensitive to my family's needs. They have convenient hours to fit my schedule. All my questions are answered and I know I can trust my dentist Dr Cory Jaetzold to give me the best care possible. I wouldn't use anyone else.
