We always have an outstanding experience at this office. The staff are all very friendly, cordial, and accommodating. They are never too rushed or to busy to speak with you, and if they are you'd never know it. The Hygenists work very hard to keep you as comfortable as can be... for sitting in a dentist chair. The office staff really do work for their clients, are very helpful, and go extra miles when issues come up. My family has been going here for 5 years, and this is the first time I've reviewed them, so they've been vetted. We moved quite a ways from them, and still make the drive to go here because of the quality of their care and staff.

This office is exceptional! Both my husband and I moved from out of town and we have different wants and needs for our dental care.....all of which are met by this practice. They are knowledgeable, professional and gentle. Having moved extensively we have a lot of experience with dentists. This is the first time I have actually been excited about a new dentist! Receptionist is friendly and hygienists are excellent as well. Very happy.

This is the worse Dental place ever very unprofessional I call to make on appointment for my daughter they told me 11:30 I wait more then 1hr this lady’s there are loss they don’t know what they doing they took my ID and my insurance they verified and I wait there with my daughter forever I told them was emergency they told me she will be seeing today for that and I the last minute she just call me to the front to say sorry we can’t see you daughter today this is ridiculous waste my time I could easily go to another dentist we have private insurance for that reason I will never comeback here oh recommend anybody else unprofessional place

I have been looking for a good dental care provider for two years. I was about to lose hope until I went to North Tarrant Dental—and I’m so glad that I did. Everybody I came in contact with was extremely courteous and welcoming. The office is very clean and organized. My hygienist was stellar and thorough. My dentist anticipated all my needs and let me speak about all my concerns, and they took care of my teeth. They listened and helped me feel at ease with a dentist visit...on a SATURDAY!!! I can say I found my new regular dentist.

One visit is all it took for this review. I was grateful to be seen last minute for some tooth pain as a new patient, but that’s where all gratitude really ends. I didn’t mind the long wait, but the fact that I was told it would be a comprehensive exam to make sure nothing else would need to be addressed-did not happen. I was sent home on antibiotics and an oral rinse and told to have the painful teeth extracted ASAP. I try to ask basic questions- what is recovery like, when can I schedule, what can I expect that day. He had ZERO answers. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled with their surgeon who couldn’t see me for another month apparently even though I supposedly needed extractions ASAP. The first doctor had told me the antibiotics should help the pain in a day or two, when they didn’t I called first thing in the morning begging for pain meds. You can’t actually call the offic you call their call center and they “send in an emergency ticket”. Well first one was 8am, second one was at 1:30pm and I did not get a call back till 3:30 (they close at 4) and the doctor had already left so no pain meds till tomorrow but can get me scheduled. Get all my payment information for the pre-paid appointment and THEN tells me that she can’t actually run it till tomorrow, but will call me when they do. Guess what. I never spoke to another soul until today when I called the call center of course and cancelled the appointment. I even mentioned that I was not happy with service and they didn’t even care to ask why. I’m a veterinary technician I know how a clinic can get super crazy and things get away from you, but on every level and showing so little care for the pain I was feeling showed they just weren’t the right fit for me.

My daughter Hannah had her 6 months appointment today and she was very impressed on how friendly the hygienist and dentist were. They took the time to go over everything they did with me and recommended future treatments. They were very gentle with her and she said she can't wait to go back. Overall a very good experience and friendly staff.

Everyone in this office has always been super nice and take good care of my wife and me! We have been going to them since they opened this office. Today, I was fortunate enough to have Monica clean my teeth. She was great! Everyone is great! I actually look forward to going to this dentist office! Thanks to all!

Dr. Patel and team are considerate, patient, excellent at scheduling, and all while providing exceptional and experienced care. Every person working there is a pro at their job from hygienists, front desk, specialized work with crowns and root canals, and all aspects of dentistry. I'm willing to drive 35 miles just for them, and will remain a long term patient - knowing that my oral health issues are being addressed. If I could rate them higher then 5 stars I would.

One of our favorite Orthodontists. Dr Sydney is pleasant and skilled. When another orthodontist said to us “they did a fantastic job”, I was very happy.

I will also add, the best assistant (and who I recommend everyone asks for) is Valerie. This young lady knows her stuff and makes the braces journey easier get through. She is an amazingly detail oriented asset to the practice.

Dr Patel is growing on me! She is funny, and kinds, but she also know how to ease my nerves and that is never easy. She just adds to the greatness of Dr J and Dr W!

Front desk staff is great too! Dora and Tara always make me laugh and know just how to schedule me in so I can be on time! They just add a personal touch to the experience.

Overall, I am pleased as I have been since 2012. We are patients for life because of this staff!!! Thank you guys!!!
