The people at Boulevard Dentistry are always friendly, efficient and do everything to make you feel comfortable. I go to the Heights location And it’s always spotlessly clean, you never have to wait long and all in all for a task that is probably not high on most people’s list of
‘ favorite things to do’ this is one of the best places I’ve been to in a Houston always a good experience.. keep up the good work!!

Very awful admin staff. First time I came here they didn't file with my insurance correctly and didn't pay me back from my first insurance file. Second time I got a new insurance and booked a month ahead and they called and asked for my insurance info to verify in their system for filing. All is well until day of visit they said they didn't actually complete the verification nor did they notify me before visit to save me the trip and so they sent me home. Third time they did the same thing but went ahead with the visit and cleaning but I again had to come out of pocket because they again didn't file correctly. So I have file with them. This place is after money. Stay away

Dr. Staples seems extremely knowledgeable about the science and health of the entire oral cavity. On my first visit, he thoroughly reviewed each x-ray image and took the time to explain what he was seeing and what it meant to me as a patient. Overall, the staff was very polite and the offices and equipment very modern and organized.

Since I started receiving dental care at BLVD Dentistry in October this year I can truly say that the treatment , service and attitude of the administrators, dental assistants and doctors especially Dr. Ramsey. Dr. B and Ms. Portia just to name a few. Being a member of Houston's 1st. & C.H.A.R.M we give a shout out to Pastor David Trickitt and Dr. Ramsey! Currently I experienced a somber spirit at BLVD Heights. I thought someone had literally died. I have found that when the receptionists/administrators are allowed to engage the patients in liberty my personal experience has been more than a dentist visit but a blessing that resonates throughout my day! Dr. Ramsey please read hopefully I'll see you at Houston's 1st. We hope you all at BLVD Dentistry had A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Years 2020!😃🌞😀😄😁

I was referred to BLVD dentistry by my husband. The experience today was exceptional. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was in and out with all my questions answered. Definitely will refer this office to anyone in need of a thorough dentist.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very light and weak with the cleaning and flossing. After 39 years of cleaning, you know a good cleaning when you get one! And when you don't. Then I was charged an extra $15 for added PPE costs due to COVID. Like they don't generate enough funds to cover the cost. It's just one more way for medical offices to squeeze a few more dollars out of the insurance companies. In my case, my insurance company didn't cover it....because they're smart. But now I have to pay it.
Shame on BLVD Dentistry.

Great experience. I was very pleased that the dentist did all procedures. I expected her to do the crown, but when she did deep root cleaning they had me as a patient for life. I've gone to other dentist who passed me off to technician, who did ok, however having the dentist do the work went faster with no pain. She made things pleasant, and did the quickly and thoroughly. Previously the technician took four visits to do what the dentist did in in one setting.
My mouth felt great and I especially like how they tried to make me as comfortable as possible especially taking care of me gaging
