I went in today for a basic test cleaning and had an excellent experience. They’re taking the necessary precautions to keep everybody safe while continuing to exceed customer expectations. If you’re waiting for the pandemic to be over to get your teeth cleaned I wouldn’t hold off but that’s just my personal opinion.

Fit me in at the last minute for a sore tooth. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean waiting room that smelled great. Dr.Moore was down to earth and knowledgeable. Already made an appointment for a cleaning and I’m looking forward to this being my regular dentist office!

My daughter and I have been going to this office for a year now. We’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences and interactions with everyone here. We’ve had routine visits (cleanings) as well as fillings done and I am completely satisfied with the way things went for both myself and my daughter. Dr. E and Dr. Shah are wonderful.

Office staff, dentists, & dental assistants were all great to work with. Professional, kind, and very good at what they do. Treatment plan was clearly laid out and didn't feel pushy. The environment was clean and relaxing. VERY happy and will return without hesitation

Absolutely horrible experience! Dentist was incredibly rude. He never examined my mouth but told me the treatment plan. When I tried to ask questions about options his repeated responses where “what do you want me to do?” And “what were you expecting when you came here?”. When I told him he was being rude and uncaring he made a snorting sound, laughed in my face and said “oh come on!!”. I got up from the chair, left the exam room and he followed me out to the waiting room to continue arguing with me even after I was not interested in any services at this office. The event was witnessed by the entire office and yet no one bothered to call me to apologize or attempt a resolution.
UPDATE: After discussing with the Office Manager in length the details of what happened and clearly informing her that NO EXAM was preformed and NO PLAN of care was discussed, I was told it is was a "miscommunication". I was very clear there was no miscommunication just a rude, impatient and non caring Dentist. I informed her that as there was no exam, assessment or plan of care, if they billed my insurance company, it would be fraud. THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY ANYWAY. I have notified the Insurance Company of the events and filed a formal grievance against the office. Unbelievably poor care and worse customer service. Amazing just to try to get paid $39.00 from the insurance company....YES $39.00. There are many upscale Dental Offices in Houston no reason to go BLVD Dentistry.

My experience at BLVD Surgery was absolutely amazing. My doctor had the best bedside manner and explained everything she was doing as she progressed through the procedure. I knew having a root canal want going to be easy but they made about as seamless as possible. I was thoroughly impressed.

Visited this office the morning after our 2.5 year old injured two of her front teeth - they were able to get us in to take a quick look at her to tell us how serious her injury was. We were in the middle of transitioning insurance, too, and they were patient, helpful, and flexible. They were very kind, and gave us great recommendations for next steps, including the names of some pediatric-specific dentists we could follow up with. Highly recommend!
