Office staff was friendly and welcoming. I needed a deep cleaning, and a couple crowns. Dr.Dejean was detailed in explaining what she was doing. Would recommend coming here if you want clean and nice professionals working on you.

They did a great job with my smile. My expectations were exceeded. Everyone there is very kind and helpful specially Ana Castaneda. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an orthodontist!

Be aware! Stay away! This place is a joke! I scheduled a simple cleaning and a molar extraction 2 weeks ahead of time. I get there and they tried to sell me on a “deep cleaning” for $400 AFTER insurance costs and that’s just the cleaning! I refused and said just a regular cleaning is fine seeing how my dental insurance covers two cleaning a year for free and have been to many different dentists for it without a issue. They refused and said they can’t do a regular cleaning till after the deep cleaning is done... okay, so then skip it all let’s just extract this molar... no sir, have to schedule with a Orthodinist for that to be done or we can refer you elsewhere... complete waste of time and they charged my insurance a but load of money for there simple x rays that will never be used.

Amazing experience today! I love Dr. Moore already! The hygienist and another lady were also very patient and professional. I really wish I knew their names. I will be returning and after a cleaning, my teeth are visibly whiter! My appt took longer than expected but it was worth every minute and they communicated very well throughout!

Update: a customer Mariah Green, left a review and mentioned some things they told her. Now I'm a little concerned because they told me some of the same things🥴even though I know I work really hard to maintain good oral health. I was shocked, but they were nice and seemed concerned so I agreed to a few services that resulted in out of pocket expenses. That was smart of her to get a 2nd opinion. Now thinking I should have done that...Nevertheless the customer service was great.

I must say going to the dentist is nothing more then high anxiety for me. I had a horrible experience with the last dentist I seen. I haven't seen a dentist in over 3 yrs. Due to the bad experience I had previously. I told a good friend of mines that I needed to have a serious cleaning done and she told me about her dentist. She knew how afraid I was of even seeing one. She made sure to tell me her dentist was extremely sweet and very gentle. I made a appointment and hoped she was right!! I give Dr. Chiang 5 starts because she was exactly what I have been looking for in a dentist. Very sweet, gentle and most of all made sure I was aware of what work I was going to need. I made my appointment to see her back in 6 months can't wait to see her again.

I first went to a different oral surgeon that suggested a "coronectomy" as a treatment for one wisdom tooth that was straddled by nerves. This treatment is not ideal because the roots can move to the surface later which can require further treatment. For this reason, I sought out a secondary opinion at Atascocita Modern Dentistry. Dr. Zhou, one of the oral surgeons at this location, was confident that he would be able to extract the tooth fully without damaging the nerves instead of the coronectomy, so I went with that. He did an excellent job extracting the tooth this past weekend and I'm experiencing no swelling or pain 3 days later.

I had a procedure done and Sergio was phenomenal. The financial people were amazing. However, Marcus the “office manager” made the whole experience unpleasant. Marcus was unprofessional, extremely rude , and overall had a nasty sarcastic attitude.
There has been an issue with my insurance which I was was told by the financial department it would be resolved unfortunately I was unable to reach them since they were never in the office the few times I attempted to reach out. I had to deal with Marcus. When I told him I did not like the way he was speaking to me he said “Im speaking to you like this because you don’t seem to understand”. To which I responded “I do understand however I am explaining to you what happened and what I was initially told and you keep talking over me”
The little help that he did offer was “unethical and illegal” so I should be thankful that he even offered what he offered. Now I don’t expect for anyone to do anything unethical or illegal in their job but I do expect them to treat each customer with dignity and respect which he did not do. Even his body language was hostile and unwarranted. When asked to speak to he superior or HR Marcus replied you can speak to Dr.Chiange. I really loved the rest of the staff that I encountered during my visit but this was not ok. No one should be treated or spoken to this way. I do not wish to cancel my upcoming appointments so I would like for someone to reach out to me to speak on this matter. An “office manager” should not act this way towards patients.

Great place for the whole family. My wife and I both go here and we always get great treatment. Dr. Chiang and Dr. Chahal both do great jobs explaining our long term dental plans to us, and the hygienists are always very thorough. They can be busy at times, but the quality of care here is worth it!

My kiddos have gone to the Childrens side since their first ever dentist appointments. The staff is patient, quick but thorough. These last 2 visits Crystal was our Hygienist, she is very good with small children! Especially since I brought 2 at a time.
Dr. Wilkes is funny, modern, knowledgeable, and speaks to the family w care and takes his time. I love his positivity.

Had a a great experience with the atmosphere and the treatment with the overall staff. I didn't have to wait for long, the hygienist was fast and efficient in cleaning my teeth. Best of all was Dr. Chiang's consistent treatment that made my gums stronger. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Dr. Chiang has been very professional and respectful in my overall visit in this clinic for over a year.
