All of the other dentist I have ever gone to will clean your teeth before the Dentist checks to see what is needed. Not here. They took several x-rays and the dentist looked to see what was needed. Then I was sent to the lobby to wait for the "car salesperson" to call me back to give me a pricing quote for what I was needing. When I asked if I could just have a cleaning, I was told that the dentist would not do just a cleaning because it was under treating the issue. I thought I was the one paying for the service. Guess not. Guess I am stuck with them since my insurance won't pay for another set of x-rays for another year. Plus they tried to "upsale" me with $200 worth of take home items.

They rescheduled my appointment 4 times. Last one was without any notification. I went and checked in at front desk and after 30 mins when I asked her when my turn would be, the receptionist said someone should have called you earlier to reschedule but I didn’t receive any phone call or message. No one bothered to even look at the name on the check in sheet until I asked them. This place is a joke. I wish I can give 0 stars.

The people are very friendly. I had no pain on the work they did on my teeth. My new dentures fit really well. The cost was more than reasonable.

The service was great. Had to pay for a cleaning unexpectedly ($650), not a big deal. Got the bill, only 30 bucks with insurance. Logged in to pay it and the balance due is like 800. I've called a dozen times, left 2 voicemails and no one will answer. This place is sketchy. I would look at other options before scheduling with them.

Front desk/patient coordinators need to be FIRED! Aspen Dental in Odessa, TX may be losing a lot of patients because of the poor patient service on the front end. Everyone else is professional. Too bad appointment times aren’t honored. It’s been 1 1/2 hours ! Stilling waiting for what should be a 5 minute adjustment. P.S. Dr. Flores is VERY professional, Hygienist is AMAZING, so is manager.

Irma Salinas and Janet gardea are wonderful. They actually care about me and the state of my dental hygene. this was my second visit and I enjoyed both so far. These women are what's going to make me come back for years to come!

Not cool I was told exam and X-ray was free made appt an soonest they could see me was 2 weeks out. I come in they charge me $126 and tell me I need a $3000+ root canal all within 15 min

Very bad at answering the phone after scheduling your first appointment, and one filling fell out less that a week after I got it. Not to mention not happy with how my other fillings feel, or can floss... 🧐🤔 Regretting my choice, but too late now...

The technician was very good and very professional and polite. She was a bit hard to understand because of her accent, but her skills are excellent. The only issue I have is the cost -- $2,700 for the deep scaling and planeing.
