Had 23 teeth pulled yesterday to be fitted with dentures. My experience was not bad. As well that experience could be. Was scheduled for a follow up today at 2. My husband took a day off to take me. Arrived at 1:50. Office locked. Closing time 2 on Saturday?! Why schedule my appt for 2 and send me a verification text saying 2 at 8:45 this morning knowing you close at 2 on Saturdays! I didnt want to go back today. I was swollen and miserable and would have preferred to stay in bed with ice packs on my face. I also had to hire a sitter for the little ones in my care and its 90 miles one way for me to drive over there. It may have been some kind of scheduling mistake on their end, but tremendously expensive and inconvenient on my en d and I really got no instructions beyond the first 24 hours because I had an appt for today where I thought I was going to have some counseling and instruction beyond the first 24 hours. Now I will have to hire a sitter and drive back to Odessa for the 4th time in a week for my follow up

Dr Flores was our dentist today. She was very friendly and informal of everything that needed to be done. She gave comfort to my daughter who was highly nervous. Who I highly recommend this location to anyone needing dental service.

Staff are great such sweet gals in the front office. The dentist is super nice and has wonderful bedside manner, definitely a pleasant visit. Would highly recommend.

The dentist was rude and frustrated. He was upset and did not provide quality service. He sighed when I asked questions, scolded me when the mirror fogged, would not tell me the antibiotic he prescribed, and just seemed annoyed that I was there. I came in for help with a painful tooth that has been fixed numerous times before. He acted like I was stupid and neglect my health. He saw me for five minutes and then walked away... I was unsure if the visit was even complete.

My hygienist, Irma, is such a cordial and wonderful lady. She explains why and what needs to be done in a way that one can understsnd. The office staff are all very friendly and cordial. I have recommended Aspen Dental to several people. The best dental office in Odessa.

I am crazy for my Hygienist, Irma. I enjoy every visit. She is thorough, but gentle. I appreciate her guidance about areas to focus and improve my oral care. I love this friendly and efficient office. Kelly and Bra are especially helpful.

Great care, awesome place. I would definitely recommend, I've been visiting this place for about a year and always have caring people working there. Irma and Janet are awesome. Irma is the dental hygienist, she was very knowledgeable, respectful and walked you thru every step. Janet on the other hand, was very nice, great customer care and very knowledgeable and respectful.
