Went in as a walk in with a bad toothache was seen pretty quick! staff was very sweet and professional starting from the front to the bk. Definitely going back.

As a person who is terrified of dentists I can say with confidence this dentist is amazing. I have bad teeth and have been shamed before about it. This office made me feel comfortable. I will be going back to continue my treatment plan. Wonderful and friendly staff.

Hello, Turns out this Office will Lie through their pretty teeth to you . As they listed the many Thousands of dollars I would need to pay out of pocket in Deep Cleanings, as well as antibiotic treatments. I was told they would NOT do my Fillings until this was completed first . So I was denied treatment , to help me save my teeth ! Just had my very professional Dental Hygienist Sister In Law clean my teeth in CA, I was told my gums are healthy and only had a little bit of build up .which was cleaned in about 30min . Also I do not have deep pockets like their Hygienist told me. All 3 NOT 5 ! DR. Rude is Rough anyways . ZERO STARS

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. They are super professional and polite. The assistant Liz and the manager Janet are very thorough and make sure you understand everything regarding your dental care.

My appointment was at 3 in the afternoon. My husband and I arrived 30 minutes early as I was told to show up at least 15 minutes early. I was to have a tooth extracted.
The front door to the business was locked. Went back in the vehicle to wait. There was another customer who also arrived early and found the front door locked also.
I waited till 250 to check the door and it still remained locked. There was no signage on the door stating when they actually were going to open.
Finally at 2 minutes before 3 a gentleman unlocked the door. Not an explanation or anything. They just wanted my money.
The young lady who brought me back was rude and short with her answers. She has nails that were at least 2 to 3 inches long. Very unprofessional for a medical office.
Overall the experience was horrible. I was anxious about being there plus I hate shots especially in my mouth. If I didn't have to have the procedure I would have left.

Aspen Odessa, Texas is the most thorough, knowledgeable dental facility I’ve utilized. Their dental hygienist is amazing & took time to offer information on teeth maintenance & procedures to ensure healthy teeth & gums in between cleanings & check ups. The Dentist communicated all remedies & presented a treatment plan to keep me on track. The office personnel & dental assistants are also top notch professionals & so pleasant!

We appreciate you accepting us the only thing, we had a serious issue. We were to be 15 minutes before for paperwork but we arrived to a locked door. Excellent treatment from the crew just the locked door with no explanation or local number to call.

I had an amazing first experience as being someone who is terrified of the dentist!! Got in the day I called, full exam, quoted and got my tooth pulled all in one visit!! Shoutout to Aspen Dental Odessa, specifically Janet for getting me in the day off, Liz for being such a good assistant, and Dr.Ruse for talking me through the whole process as she pulled my tooth!!!😊 Y’all are doing awesome!😊 and thank you!

I had a very good experience with Aspen Dental in Odessa. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The dentist Dr. Shingala and dental hygienist Devora were very professional, hospitable and answered all my questions. They both made me feel very comfortable. The wait time was minimal and all charges were explained in detail. I would highly recommend anyone needing dental care to visit Aspen Dental.

This place is a rip off. The absolute worst. They over charge and the work is mediocre. The customer service is just terrible. They said they would refund my sister her money and they never did. Still trying to get her money back. Shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund for work you didn’t do or couldn’t do. Especially when you said you were going to refund her. Would not recommend you use their services.
