All the employees are very friendly. They are also very understanding. I had to bring my 2yo with me to get my teeth cleaned and they were patient with me while trying to tend to him and keep him calm during my appointment. I really appreciated this, as it helped ease some anxiety I had at the beginning of the appointment. The building is also very well kept, overall I highly recommend.

I loved my visit! Staff is exceptionally pleasant. I was greeted with my name when I went to get my fillings. The dental hygienist took the time to explain everything. Also, since I was in town for a few days, they accommodated me and I was able to get everything taken care of. Dr. Herod is awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Great staff! They really know what they are doing. Dr. Cano has patience to explain the plan of care. Ashley is very friendly. All the assistants were there to help with my little one when I did not have someone to take care of her. The front staff is funny and knowledgeable in terms of insurance coverage and pricing. Overall great experience. Definitely a great dental office.

From the front desk to the Dentist, everyone is superb here! The hygienists are so helpful and they all make my family feel welcome and comfortable. Even my 4 year old Grandson loves getting his teeth cleaned here. I recommend Premier Dental if you want a great dental experience!

The dental hygienist at my semi annual appointment was extremely knowledgeable and informative as to how I can improve my dental care. She even (visibly) showed me what I could order from Amazon to keep gums healthy. Very personable.

Dr. Jansie* (probably wrong spelling) but he was so so gentle, kind and reassuring. I've never left a dentist's office feeling so cared for. He could have taken alot of my money by pulling my wisdom teeth but he said nope he they don't hurt don't bother. The ladies were so sweet too. This is be my dentist home now.

I will not use them again.I had work done and they messed up billing,ins paid Me instead of them.I made arrangements with their billing company to pay 50.00 a Month.Istarted making payments monthly and after 2 orv3 payments they billed Me for the full balance.I I continued with payments.On 29 Aug this year I paid the 77.00 balance off.Sat I got a bill for the full amount dated 2 Sept2022.I will never use them again since I paid the balance and They are still billing Me!I have no complaint about the dental work,just billing practices.
