I love going to the dentist now! Everyone from the front receptionist, to Dr. Smith, to the hygienist truly care about your health. They ask questions, give solutions and always approach you with a helpful and caring demeanor. I love Herod Dental Care!

The staff was so so wonderful! They all made sure I felt comfortable and were so accommodating to what I needed. I’ve never enjoyed a dentist so much, will be back!

I have recently had four dental appointments related to a specific procedure. I have been punctual in terms of my arrival, and office staff members have been punctual in terms of getting started very close to my scheduled treatment time. Both the dental hygienist (I appreciate having the same person each time) and the doctor have been very professional, but also very cordial. Their concern for and care of my dental needs were sincere, thorough, kind and competent. I am new to the area and really had no idea what dental service to select. There were other dental offices a bit closet to my home, but prayer led me to select Herod. So, I think it has been a "match made in heaven"! :-)

They got me in and out really quickly and without a whole bunch of up-selling and harassment. The staff was professional and friendly, they seem to be sincere about making sure that the customer receives the best service. I will be using them again.

This is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. The one thing that this office is that no other dentist I have ever been to is HONEST. They do not do unnecessary procedures and they tell you everything upfront before any work is done. They dental plans that they give you are very detailed and transparent in costs. I will be recommending this office to everybody.

I highly recommend this Dental Office. The staff is AMAZING! You're made to feel comfortable and you're taken care of as soon as you walk thru the door. Winston does my cleaning and he's amazing...you don't feel a thing and he does an amazing job. Dr. Herod and Dr. Cano are both great! My front desk Ladies are the best. Thank you all so much! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Herod since he bought the practice around 2013. I have had two root canals, a three-crown bridge, and a couple of cavities filled. I have never been in pain during a procedure and the recovery phase has always been easy. Dr. Herod truly cares for the comfort of the patient.

The staff was very nice. The front and back office decor was clean, quiet and professional. I was just disappointed because due to trying to get the maximum amount from the insurance company l couldn't get a simple routine cleaning. The images taken on each tooth was way too long of a process. I have never been told that l had to pay for one side of my mouth to get numbed then come back two weeks later and get the other half numbed because of insurance policies??? It didn't make any sense even as a new patient but l get it ..due to the covid crisis many small businesses are hurting financially and need to squeeze as much money put of the insurance companies as possible. Unfortunately because of all the itemized pricing l won't be back and am forced to search for a new dental office.

Tammy and Crystal were very helpful when my insurance had a glitch! The service is always wonderful and that is why I always return. I highly recommend Premier Dental to anyone that asks.

I had a negative experience with a large Dental provider a week ago, who was trying to sell me questionable services at high prices, so I went to Google and started looking for smaller dental offices with good feedback. I found Elite Family Dental was nearby and had terrific feedback, so scheduled an appointment. They advertised a $99.95 package for cleaning, exam and x-rays. They gave me a thorough exam and said that all I needed was the basic cleaning, even though it had been a long time since my last dental appointment. I had a molar that a filling from a previous dentist had done had fallen out and got a good price to have it redone along with two others that I knew needed new fillings. They did a great, pain free job and got me out for much less than the previous dentist want to charge me (who was trying to get me to pay $450 for a "deep cleaning") I think I have finally found my new dental provider for life. The only reason I was searching for dentist was that I needed dental clearance for major surgery of a joint replacement in a couple of weeks, The first provided promised that up front but failed to deliver the goods. Elite offered to provide the referral with no strings attached. I later went through SAMMC oral surgery for a free checkup and they verified everything Elite did was excellent and agreed with the "ready for surgery" analysis. Highly recommended.
