Dr. Herod and staff are professional and friendly. I don't normally write reviews, so you know they are good. Getting fillings and a crown done, was painless which is always a plus in my book. If you are dentist shy this office is a good place to start.

Im very happy I found this dentist. They do have a policy of only being allowed to be 10 minutes late for your appointment. I was in a car wreck when I was 9 that crushed a piece of my upper jaw bone. I have a lot of issues with my mouth & have dealt with a lot of bad dentist who have a disregarded how sensitive my mouth is. Wilson did my cleaning and xrays my first appointment, and I knew this was the place for me. I just finished my second appointment of getting a tooth pulled and the infection cleaned out. Both times very was very kind, introduced themselves, and explained all my options well. They also explained everything going on. Im relieved to have found this place.

Right when you walk in you are greeted with a great front desk staff that make you feel right at home. The dentists are informative and give thorough suggestions on what they recommend you do. Honest and nice people! Will definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this Dental office. The receptionist is so awesome. Along with Dr.Herod and the staff. They are absolutely caring for all my dental needs. I appreciate all they do to help make my experience as satisfactory as possible.

I spent about 2 thousand dollars here this year. I came in to get my teeth cleaned and the WHOLE staff has changed. The lady at the front told me I was a half hour late...I was 20 min late.
An HOUR later the dental hygienist comes in with the mask and glasses on, didn't introduce herself and began vigorously using a high speed tool on my gum line which was extremely painful, she was in a huge rush but she had to stop because it hurt so much and use a pick. To be fair, every other visit here has been pretty good except for one I'll fitting crown and Dr Herod is a great guy. I'm leaving this review because after the visit they send you an email asking about your experience and they did not publish my review I left which was 2 stars.
This was an unpleasant and painful experience, the old staff was very friendly. I'm scared to go back. Very unfriendly vibe there now.

Went in for emergency extraction insurance covered all but 37.50 was willing to have it paid by end of month and was told they can't do it with out the payment, must be pretty desperate for the 37.50 and the insurance is paying the rest of bill. Not worth the headache will just deal with the bad tooth.

This has been the most amazing experience I have ever had in a dental office. From the time I walked in the door. Until I left the building. The staff was absolutely amazing and very welcoming. I would most definitely recommend Elite Family Dental to all. Especially our military family. This is where you want to be when it comes to a dentist

At first I was nervous about having another dentist take over the practice I had been going to for a while. But the minute I met Dr. Herod and his staff, I knew that I was in great hands. The entire staff is welcoming and they make you feel like you have come to see friends instead of just getting your teeth cleaned! I look forward to future visits.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. ... I would certainly recommend this place to anyone needing dental work large or small. It is by far the best dental office I have ever been to... I will be a life long returning customer.
