Excellent service above and beyond what could have been expected. I'm a Stonehaven patient in a different office. I walked in with an issue that needed resolving, without an appointment, 20 minutes before the office was supposed to open. They welcomed me with bright smiles, had me in and out in about 15 minutes and did not charge me for their efforts. Who can ask for more than that?

True true professionals, you only get one set of teeth. Trust the very best. Absolutely pain free dentistry, the only people I let work on my teeth. Daryn Moody is a dental craftsman. I would recommend him and them to anybody with no hesitation.

I have always had a phobia of dentists due to a past experience. Going to Stonehaven was like visiting family. Everyone from reception to the dentist himself were kind , understanding and they did everything to alleviate my fears and make my experience comfortable .

The staff was so great! I love how friendly and talkative everyone was, especially Kalani. I felt like I got pretty straightforward answers to my questions and I didn't feel pressured into choices. And the financial part was made very clear. I believe Dr. Nielsen was the one who looked at my teeth, not sure how I feel about him yet from the short time he was there but maybe he was a little overwhelmed. I could tell they were behind, and it took about 30 minutes to call me back. For x-rays and a cleaning I was there 2 hours. BUT I still really liked them compared to other offices I have been to! Aside from the long wait, I would give them 5 stars.

Dishonest, "Creative" Diagnosis. Aggressive Peddling of Unneccessry Products.
Like Megan I had a horrible experience at Stonehaven. Dr. Moody told me I had 7 cavities between my back teeth (in places I wouldn't be able to see), and I went to another dentist and it turns out that I only had 5 that needed filling. They also aggressively tried to sell me unnecessary fluoride toothpaste at a huge markup (I did my research and most adults do NOT need this product). Also the advertisement said the first appointment was completely free which was a lie because without informing me they charged my insurance anyways. Horrible experience. Will never return. My friend also had a similar experience. I'm deeply suspicious of the glowing reviews that seem to be written by employees or paid off people and not actual customers. I strongly recommend you consider other more honest dentists that don't require aggressive advertising to lure people into their office like this place. I also had to call three separate time to get them to finally correctly email me my x-rays. Incompetent.

The procedure went well, I guess. I mean, who wants to have dental work done? I'm just thankful that someone was willing to get their education in a position that nobody likes to be a part of. "Yeah, I want to go into a field where it causes people pain, and they only come around me when bad things are happening to them." I appreciate that they keep their spirits so high such that they actually go back to work the next day.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that as soon as the procedure was done, it was all over, and I didn't get a chance to talk to them about a plan to get me the care I need. He just finished, walked out, and went on to another patient. I would have given it a lower grade, but I don't know why he left so quickly. It could have been that he had to rush off to do something critically important - which I can appreciate, truly - or he could have wanted to go take a break and eat a cookie. Who knows. I am the first to admit that I don't know everything, so I'm not going to judge motives. I'm just thankful that they are in the field that they are in. I certainly needed it today.

This place is highly recommended. It has great service, the dentists are honest and helpful. They have movies to put on which makes it better. I have gone for many years and each year is amazing. My teeth look super amazing and clean because they help me look my best. My hygienist is Kalani. He is the best in the building and super friendly. Highly recommended and amazing! Thank you! 👍👍

I love going here! Such thoughtful and kind staff. Kalani my hygienist is gentle and hilarious and always remembers things about my life. I've recently moved to salt lake but still drive down because he and the dentists are amazing.

A very poor job was done on my root canal, thankfully I found someone who did a marvelous job. To summarize the issue it still had an infection after I took the antibiotics, I trusted the process anyways, but I should have gone with my gut feeling. Bottom line is if you feel that your canal isn’t fully cleaned don’t let him add the permanent filling. Once I got my root canal redone I noticed a tremendous difference in the practice.

The employees were very nice but the first time I went, I waited for thirty minutes and the second time for an hour before being seen, and I had a scheduled appointment. They also were very rushed during my procedure and I experiences dental pain for more than a month after a simple filling because they had cut my gums.
One of the male dentists was also uncomfortably touchy with me (a young woman).
