Stonehaven Dental

Everyone at Stonehaven is nice, but Kalani is the best! My 8 year old had to get a filling and was nervous about getting a shot. Kalani was so gentle and fabulous, my child never even knew he got the shot til it was over! Happy kid = happy customer.

Love them fun to see the little birds and the staff is very friendly and inviting.😊

Jamie was the best dental hygienist because she worked with me after forgetting my appointment and still let me come in late. She is always kind, efficient, sensitive and aware of my several moments of discomfort and backed off, even apologized, and she didn’t preach at me about all things dental hygiene like many do.

I have been coming to this dentist for more than 7 years now. They are beyond excellency, superb customer service. Dr. Moody honors his name moody, just kidding! :) Dr. Moody is very nice, open and attentive to his patients! He is always happy to talk to my teen daughter with good positive insight about life. Dr. Nielsen is also very good. The staff is superb. Lovely facilities!

Very good experience for us. They were quick and kind. My daughter had to be sedated because she is disabled. Everything went smoothly. They did here cleaning and x-rays and shortly after she started coming out from the sedation we went home. We left at 9:10 in the morning and got back home at
about 12:00. Usually Heidi cries when she comes out of sedation, but this time there was no crying.

Dr. Moody and Staff are amazing! The staff always make you feel welcome and respected. Dr. Moody can handle basic to complex dentistry needs, pain free I might add. I went on the suggestion of good friend since my dentist was now retired. I am glad that I did. Now my whole family dentist needs are taken care of. Thanks Dr. Moody and Staff.

Has been the best experience with dentistry so far. Staff is friendly and more than willing to make sure I was comfortable throughout any of the procedures I've had. Would recommend them to anyone especially those with anxiety towards dentists. Free laughing gas and a movie to watch while they work on your teeth.

In all honesty, this was hands-down the best dentist visit I've ever had. I've dreaded going to the dentist all my life, but Stonehaven Dental in Provo somehow made the experience a positive one. Everyone I interacted with was so helpful, personable, and concerned about my comfort. I don't ever leave reviews, but this was such a mind-alteringly unheard-of experience for me that I had to. I seriously went home and raved about it to my family. RAVED about a dentist visit! We've had Kalani both times (once for me and once for my 3-year-old daughter) and he is the best hygienist! So easy to talk to, genuine, and friendly. He really takes the time to address your concerns and questions and does a great job of explaining everything. Both doctors were great too.

Brooke was very helpful, kind, and informative during my visit! She took the time to explain what she was doing, as well as things I could do at home to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

While the initial visits I made to their office were fine, I found them completely unable to work with my insurance. I was told that the insurance would cover the cost of most of my procedure back in September of 2019. I paid the amount they quoted me at the office and went on my way. Months later, (sometime in April or May, if I recall correctly) I received a call stating they hadn't received payment from the insurance company. I didn't hear back from them until August of 2020 with a final notice letter. In the future, I would pick an office that is much better at communicating with their patients.
