I will never go to Stonehaven Dental again. At least the Provo location. I went to have cavities filled and arrived ontime and was taken back right after I checked in. The process started and then about 15 minutes later the doctor came in numbed me then sat with his assistant talking about his Christmas plans for about five minutes. They both then got up and walked away without telling me where they were going or when they would be back... not a word just walked away. I literally was left there in the room not knowing what was going on or where anyone went to. The assistant came back in about 20 minutes and asked how I was doing. I asked when I would be getting my cavities filled and she said the doctor was working on another patient. An hour and 10 minutes later he came back to work on me. He said he was sorry because he was working on another patient who had 16 cavities and a root canal. I’m sorry but is that my fault that you don’t know how to schedule your patients so that they don’t run into eachother? I literally sat for an hour and 10 minutes watching a movie being numb waiting on the dentist. Even during the process of filling cavities he got up and left to see another patient. Didn’t even say excuse me, I’ll be back or anything just stopped his work and left. He was clearly training his assistant during the process as well. The conversation between them during the process was anything but professional. He even said, “Oops that chipped off.” While drilling my tooth. I will never ever go there again.

I wouldn't go back here if you paid me a million dollars. The dentist acted weird and told me I had 5 cavities and said no more, wouldn't really talk to me about them . I'm not a dentist myself so of course I believe him and I go ahead and let him fill them...well he filled them so deep I've had to have root canals on all of them...as a dentist surely he would have known not to feel them all the way to my nerve... go somewhere else! There is tuns of great dentist in utah, which I have now found!!!

I have always loved Stonehaven. My last visit was horrible. Sara asked to talk to me about insurances and she was so rude. I left in tears. I have never been talked to so disrespectfully. I am now looking for other dentists.
