Did a really good job on the cleaning with modern tools. I could definitely tell they were trying to help me save money instead of spend it, explained the reasons for treatment plan really well felt really comfortable and confident. Seemed pretty good for a first visit, dentist seemed a bit unsure.

So impressed with how detailed my check-up/cleaning was. They started with taking X-rays of my teeth and looking closely at them to determine what kind of cleaning I specifically needed. They showed me on a screen what was happening with my teeth every step of the way. Krystal, my hygienist, was so sweet! The atmosphere of the office is very upbeat and relaxing. So glad I found this place! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Stonehaven! I am a student and they were willing to give me student discounts so that I don't go broke with dentist bills. They were very nice, welcoming and informative. I really enjoyed how much I learned from them and how much time they took to make me feel like they cared about me and cared about answering my questions. It was all thanks to my hygienist Kalani, he was GREAT. I would totally recommend this place to my family and friends.

I went to the Provo Stonehaven office in October for 2 root canals and I paid in full at the time what I was quoted then about a month ago got a text saying I owed so called office and was told that it was because they price matched the original quote from another dentist office and not to worry about it then today I got a collections notice so I called again and talked to billing the lady said that my insurance didn't cover what they thought and that they had sent notices to me and I told her yes and I called then and was told what I put above and she just said well I was not there for that conversation and that I have to pay the $300 to collections so I did as to not ruin my credit but I am really frustrated by this experience and my not ever return it just seems really fishy and like bad customer service as they only tried to contact me once and I responded and was still sent to collections. When I told her this all she said was have a good day.

Stone haven the staff and dentist Dr Nelson have been so amazing with me. So kind. And caring. He has been so patient with me and has always seen me In my worries and alway always so kind and understanding. Thank you. You made my dental experience amazing (which I m totally scared of the dentist lol ). But I have to say there staff and the doc were amazing to help me through that. Thank you

The people at Stonehaven in Provo are wonderful. It is the most friendly dental office I have ever visited. We have been going there for years, and they always treat us like we're friends. They are gentle when doing the dental work and really care about the comfort of their patients.

I love these guys. They're very willing to work with you on payments, they always make sure you're completely comfortable throughout your whole visit, and they get the work done well. Other dentists wanted to charge me way more for the same procedures and do procedures I apparently didn't even need. And everyone is so friendly, it's a very relaxed environment. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience at Stonehaven Dental and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I've been going there for the past few years and it was always okay, but never a great experience. I saw one of the dentists there and always felt uncomfortable there and like he didn't care about me at all. I went in recently for a routine cleaning and he said everything looked great, I had no cavities, just one cracked filling that they wanted to fix so I scheduled the filling and paid $100 to get it fixed. The filling was really uncomfortable, I was in some pain during it but I hated going to this dentist so much that I just wanted it to be over with as soon as possible. After I left and the numbing wore off completely, I was in EXCRUCIATING pain for weeks. The worst tooth/jaw pain I've ever experienced. I went back in to talk to the dentist and get the filling adjusted. He barely looked at my tooth and said I needed a root canal. I asked him what causes the need for a root canal? He said either deep decay or if the nerve gets hit during a filling.. he had said earlier that I didn't have any decay, this wasn't a cavity he was filling, just a cracked filling he was fixing, so, without saying it himself, he lead me to believe that he hit my nerve during the filling and now I had to pay for a very expensive procedure to fix it. I asked if he could try shaving down the filling first to see if that would help and he finally tried that. (A dentist who I got a second opinion from told me this is what he should have tried FIRST since it costs $0 and is very often the problem causing pain after a filling, but instead he suggested a treatment that costs thousands of dollars before taking 2 minutes to try shaving down the filling). I called Stonehaven to ask for a refund for the failed filling and they said they'd refund me my $100 IF they could put it towards the root canal treatment at their office.. but I felt like I had PTSD and could not go back there even if I wanted to. After getting a second opinion, I was referred to a root canal specialist who took really good care of me, but this whole ordeal lasted several months and caused me SO much pain, stress, anxiety, and cost me over a thousand dollars to get it taken care of. I couldn't believe how I was treated at Stonehaven, I really felt like they just wanted my money but didn't care about me at all as a patient. I feel like the dentist I saw at Stonehaven was negligent and I just wish I had stopped going there when I wasn't having a great experience years ago before any of this had ever happened.

Thanks for helping me keep my mouth healthy! I had a filling done a few months ago and had to come back and get it fixed - they took care of it - and made sure I left better than I came in. Honestly no one LOVES going to the dentist - but I can really say it was a great experience today. Thank you!
