I can't recommend these guys enough. I spent many years (over a decade) avoiding dentist visits because of previous bad experiences. Everyone at Gentle Care, from the front desk to the hygienist and doctors, were very friendly and extremely patient with me and my dental anxiety (along with ridiculous oral sensitivity) when I could no longer avoid a visit.
They worked with me on a plan to get my teeth back in shape and helped me realize what bad habits were wrecking my teeth so I could work on them. I have already had several visits where all of my questions were answered thoroughly and Dr. K wasted no time in getting me to a specialist when he thought I needed one.
Today I left a dentist office for the first time ever with a smile on my face.
If you're looking for a reason NOT to go to this particular office, I don't really have one except to say to make sure to ask about cheaper options (such as metal vs ceramic type fillings) that may be available, which is easily overlooked in any other dentist office when you're paying out of pocket.

Quick and easy. Had a new patient appointment and needed to done within a certain time frame to make a work call. They respected my needs and continually checked the time throughout my appointment. They are also right next to ballston metro which is nice.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this dentist. I was told they took my insurance but in reality, I wasn’t covered. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars.

I was told "Well you have the insurance, I don't understand why you don't get all your wisdom teeth removed". I don't think that "having insurance" is a compelling argument to have all my wisdom teeth removed.
My previous dentists had made it clear that I did not need to get rid of them if they weren't causing any problems.

I've only had great experiences at Gental Dental! Today I had a tooth removed. It was numbed and taken out very swiftly and painlessly. They are by far my favorite dentists I have been to (and I have been to a lot of dentists).
