Beware of this dentist. Various reviews here but I had a terrible experience. Be careful of your questions when seeing if they take your insurance. For instance, I asked if they took my insurance and they replied yes. This was true but they were out of network and charged a premium for it (over $700 for cleaning and routine cavity X-ray). Ask are you in my insurance's network. The second issue is that the dentist stated that I had four cavities and tried to schedule a date to remove them. I got a second opinion from a dentist and they informed me that I did not have any cavities. Use serious caution with this business.

Very unprofessional team. After my visit I called 3 times requesting to be sent a copy of my file. I was told that it'll be sent right away. I never received anything. When I called for a 4th time, I got told that it takes them 7 BUSINESS days to send me my file. Not only it takes them forever to send a simple email, but they also lie about it continuously. Now I have to go to another dentist and pay again.

I recently had three of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was sent to this location by Soft Touch Dentists. I can truly say that I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The receptionist was great, the dental assistant was kind and friendly, and the oral surgeon was fantastic. He took the time to explain the procedure and he did everything possible to ensure that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Today I received a phonecall indicating that I had been undercharged at an August 2020 appointment, nearly ONE YEAR later. Despite the fact that Gentle Care Dentists staff made this error and caught it months later (according to the receptionist who called me), Gentle Care Dentists made no attempts to inform me that the error occurred or that I (supposedly) owed more than I paid back in August. I only received today's call because the balance was about to incur late fees. Service has been underwhelming, and while I understand that errors occasionally occur, I am absolutely appalled by how this situation was handled.

I had a scheduled appointment a couple weeks ago. They sat me in the back relatively quickly, then I sat there until 45 minutes after my appointment time. I stopped some one in the hall and asked why. She said that I needed to see the periodontist and I it wasn't authorized, I told her I was to there for an exam. She left to get check on it and another girl came back and said, we're sorry the dentist had to leave for an emergency. Aweful suspicious. I rescheduled my appointment for today, got there and was told that I didn't have an appointment.

One if the girls behind the desk kept giving me dirty/smug looks as she applied her make up.

I think I'm going to have to find another dentist.

Very Unprofessional! Do not go here! Please save yourself time by booking with another dental office. Front office staff do not communicate well. I literally just left there today. Never in my life have I ever left a Google review, so this goes to show you how unprofessional and upset I am. I made a last-minute appointment, they let me know that they could fit me in. Upon arriving they did let me know that I would have to take a Covid test because I am unvaccinated. I agreed to take the Covid test and I filled out some paperwork to give consent. Neither the woman who walked over and gave me the Covid test nor in the consent form does it explain that you have to pay for the Covid test that they are giving you. For all that matter, I could have went to CVS pharmacy and got a free Covid test. I asked for an estimate of the price that I will be paying based on the service that I needed after my insurance covered a percentage. The office could not give me that information. I like to know things upfront because I know how expensive dental offices can be. The woman informed me that because they did not let me know that I would have to pay for the Covid test that my insurance will pay for it. My question is how does the woman know that my insurance will cover the cost of the Covid test but she is unable to give me an estimate of how much my bill would be after my insurance cover the work that I needed. There was an extreme lack of communication as well as I spent over 50 minutes in the waiting room without even being seen. A man walked in 40 minutes after I arrived and he was able to be seen. I was concerned because I booked an emergency appointment. Needless to say I went to another days. Please, save your time. I hope this review helps this dental office become better and learn from their mistakes because I understand that things do happen however like I said before I have never live a Google review in my life and I am highly upset

I have been to Gentle Care Dentists twice and I have really enjoyed it both times. The staff are very nice and the entire process went smoothly. My hygienist was very thorough (more so than other places) so I know my teeth are clean. I made a third appointment for next year!

Very appreciative of the staff at Gentle Care. They were prompt, organized, and high quality in all things required for a new patient. Made me feel comfortable despite the fact that it'd been quite some time since I'd seen a dentist. Would highly recommend for the straight shooter looking for a clean and consultation.

The dentist was professional, very kind, and took the time to explain the treatment plan. The cleaning was a little rushed, but it was done by the dentist and not a hygienist. My only real complaint was on the administrative side. They didn't tell me until the morning of that they needed me to call my insurance company and get some ID number, and only when I came in for my appointment (it was the end of December) did they tell me that I had already used my two check-ups for the year and I had to reschedule for January. It wasn't a big deal since I live close by, but it could have been handled the day before if they had been on top of it.

I was worried for my safety when a procedure went terribly wrong. None of the staff seemed to care and even berated me as if it was my fault. Both procedures I’ve had here have been extremely painful during and after. This was also not of concern to the staff. I was also misled and mischarged on several occasions and it took a year to get through to the billing manager who was plain mean to me, and fixed nothing.
