Neibauer Dental Care

I have been going to this dental group for several years. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The staff is very nice. I appreciate how they give you all the information you need to make decisions to effectively manage annual insurance coverage. Office is clean, organized and current.

Amazing thank you so much everyone. I haven't gone to a dentist in a really long time. Every dime we had was spent on our 4 beautiful girls. My teeth are broken and gone. They promised me I would have a beautiful smile by Christmas. And now because of Dr. Vinny and Chris and I'm soo sorry I forgot your name even though you remind me of my daughter. I will have one. I will feel confident and beautiful for the first time in over 20 years. I am beyond grateful for what you guys did for me today. I am in awe of you and your work. I will recommend you to everyone I ever meet in my life. And tell them who gave me this beautiful smile. I can not wait. You are all my heros right now. Thank y’all so much for your family of support and professional services what a wonderful and awesome experience today I can’t thank everyone enough for taking care of me I made a call at 8:am to see if I could get a appointment and I had never been there before they had me in and out by 10:30 am pulling a tooth and again amazing to get so much concern and care about you and what you need don’t delay let them become a great part of your family you will love them thank y’all so much doctor bunny and the great family team. . The staff are great there! Very friendly and always do a wonderful job! My kids aren’t fans of the dentist but the staff at Neibauer make my girls laugh and smile. ❤️ Our whole family goes to them!

I have been going to Neibauer at Cosner's Corner for quite a few years, and I never want to go anywhere else. I've had to go there for routine dental procedures as well as emergencies, and every time I've felt valued and my concerns have been heard. Most recently I've had to get a much needed crown replacement and I couldn't be happier with it, I'm finally pain free and my new crown is a dream. I could not say enough good things about the staff (very caring and friendly), and Dr Patel (he is simply amazing at what he does, and is very kind). Thank you!!!

I have been taking my entire family to this facility for quite some time now. I had always had a good experience, and I wish I could say the same about today. My 15-year-old son was scheduled for a visit today; when I confirmed his appointment, I informed whoever called me that he was going alone to his appointment. No adult is coming; she replied that there was no problem.
Well, to my surprise, I receive a call from someone name Kristy or Kristie. All I know is that she was rude, disrespectful, combative, speaking over me. She called to say that he won't be able to be seen because no adult was there to fill out some COVID form - I told her the office was aware he was alone and no one said anything about a form - well, she proceeds to start talking over me saying it is what it is and if no one can fill the form, he won't be seeing. I asked again why no one informed me. She well I don't know I didn't confirm your appointment. Instead of apologizing for the lack of information, she keeps giving me an attitude. I asked to speak with a manager she said no manager is available, I also asked to talk with another front desk person, she said no to that.
She needs to be coach on how to speak with patients and her nasty attitude needs to go!

Love this office!! Staff is amazing

I can’t say enough how much I love this office. Christina and Jen at the front desk make every step of the way easy and stress free. They really look out for you and make sure you feel like another family member. Thank you girls! As for the girls at your chair side....Tony and Jen are hands down 2 of my favorite! Tony is super gentle...I can’t lie she is the best person I have ever had numbing my mouth. Jen always makes sure your comfortable and does amazing quick work. They both are such sweet kind beautiful girls! Lastly, Dr. Schaffer, if it says anything I am relocating to Florida and will fly back here for all future dentist appointments. He truly has great chair side manners, he’s quick and accurate. All in all I can’t say 1 negative thing about this ENTIRE location! Thank you all for making my dentist visits very much enjoyable!

Very easy experience. Friendly greeting. Quick checkin. Staff is gentle and informative during procedure. I have been a patient since 2010 and have seen marked improvements when keeping regular scheduled appointments, which was the hardest hurdle. Dr. Patel's office makes your mouth feel happy, like you want to visit all the time.

Staff is always super friendly! My hygienist was amazing. I live in Locust Grove but still drive to them for my dental care needs.
