I cannot ever give a dentist 5 stars, since these are not fun 'experiences'. But I can give it 4 stars without hesitation (my last dentist only got 2, and I went there for years!)
Neibauer, the dentist, is long gone. But Dr. J, Jen and Nicole have my comfort as a top priority. They speak to me without insulting me. They talk to me about oral care without talking down to me, or talking over my head. They make sure I know what is going on.
Once, while getting a cavity filled, I had a twinge of pain. They stopped and reassessed, and made sure to correct it. My cleanings aer about as pleasant an experience as I can get.
I really do feel they have my interests at the core of thier business. I recommend, and I will go back.
