This is the first time I’ve been to the dentist in a long time! The staff there works like a team and does everything to make sure you have the best experience! When I came in I knew that I was going to need my wisdom teeth pulled, but I didn’t know they were going to offer to do it right then and there. This was the first time I’ve had any dental work really done so I didn’t know what to expect. The dr. numbed my mouth and about 5 mins later, I didn’t feel too good. I went to the front and told the front desk that I needed to go to the bathroom cuz I didn’t feel good. She immediately ran around and helped me as I started blacking out. Everyone there started helping me and making sure I was okay. I know all of that sounds scary, but it was just how my body reacted and nothing that they did. They were soooo helpful and I’m so grateful that they have the staff they have. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area! Amazing teamwork!!

Dr. Patel is the best. They make me feel comfortable every time and have a way of giving you the information you need without the typical dentist “lecture”. 10/10 would recommend!!

I never thought I would enjoy visiting a dentist’s office, but Neibauer’s has proved me wrong. My dentist Dr. Patel is both friendly and professional, and he has done a great job of correcting a few dental issues I ignored for too long. The staff are also friendly and helpful. I also am satisfied with the Covid precautions the clinic has implemented.

Jennifer the hygienist is EXCELLENT and the Dentists are nice as well, what is a little bit annoying is the constant push for crowns. But all in all they are a great practice.

Everyone is always so friendly. They know me and my husband by name, we always feel welcome. The techs are helpful and really try and make you comfortable. Dr Shaffer goes out of his way to fix any problem you may have.

When I walked into the back room my eyes caught a glimpse of this blonde beauty. I had to know her name...her name was Shanna...before beginning my cleaning she started off with some light conversation about herself and why she loves her job so much. It’s amazing to know you’re in the hands of someone who has so much passion about their job. While she was examining my teeth all I could do is stare into her deep blue eyes, almost like a sea of angels, needless to say it was very comforting. Throughout the cleaning she made sure I was comfortable and continued the conversation about some of her favorite patients and their pets. Another pleasurable moment was her hilarious stories about her family and how they shop for furniture. She told me about her passion for helping rescue animals and her desire to rescue and raise aware about the importance of keeping manatees healthy. When I was leaving the office I saw her giving a lollipop to a child who was scared of the dentist, my heart melted, such compassion. My experience was unbelievable and I can’t wait to go back to her again, after today I feel like I gained a new friend. 13 out of 10 for you Shanna.

I can’t say enough how fantastic this team is! I showed up with my whole family in tow.. 4 kids 4 & under. The team was quick and efficient with the kids cleanings, as well as my husband and mine. During the middle of my cleaning my daughter, who is 10 months got really upset in the stroller and the ladies took her for a walk around the office to help settle her. As a big family it’s hard to get these appointments done at once but Neibauer Dental handled us with such grace and patience I will not go anywhere else. Thank you!!

Jennifer answered my call this morning... She is always so bright and friendly! My daughter woke up with a sore tooth and needed to be seen; the office staff was able to accommodate us right away. Dr. Patel fixed the tooth, and we were on our way!
