Dr. Patel and his staff are so down to earth and sweet that I’ll literally never go to any other dentist. I’ve been seeing him since i was about 12 or so. I moved an hour away last year with my fiancé, tried different dentist offices in the area and they don’t at all compare to Neibauer on Cosner’s Corner. Love the staff and how they treat me like family. They take good care of you and your teeth of course😄

The staff at Neibauer are so friendly and helpful. I have never felt like any question or request was too much. There is not really much else I can say without being repetitive. Staff and Doctors are wonderful and polite. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Waited for maybe less than 15 mins. Technicians were really friendly! The doctor was informative and gentle. I do not like the dentist but this location has my upmost trust when it comes to my dental care and health! I will be taking the kids here as well. They do a lot of cleaning and sanitizing esp during a pandemic.

While the people were very pleasant, I found the exam to be cursory. Never before have I had someone polish my teeth without first removing any plaque. No one checked my gums for depth. Fluoride was not done with a a tray but only put on the bite surfaces with an applicator. A very different experience. While I would like to return, I need a more thorough exam.

Great experience! Lots of people helping out to run things efficiently! Staff are knowledgeable and very polite, considerate and thoughtful! Dr.Patel was great at spotting the issue and providing a treatment plan that kept my wallet in mind but also preventative measures for things going down hill. Explained it all very well and in a way I could understand. He also didn’t rush me but was working quickly. Love it!

All office personnel are awesome! I wouldn’t ever go to another office. They treat my special needs child with respect and patience. I’m allowed to walk back and forth, even during my own appt, to check on her throughout. My other daughter is comfortable and Likes the attention.
