Everyone at this Neibauer is so nice and friendly. Also, I like that they try to be as gentle as possible and make you as comfortable as you can be. nobody wants to go to the dentist but we do because we need to and these guys are great!

Neibauer Dental Cosners Corner is the best!! They’re the only place my husband will let touch his teeth and our six and three year olds love going there. The dental hygienists are amazing and Dr. Patel always takes great care of us. We drive 30 minutes past multiple other dental options to continue going to them.

I was hesitant to try a 'chain' dental practice but was pleasantly surprised. Nicole and Shanna were very welcoming and informative. They explained each step of the process (x-rays, cleaning) and were very detailed. The office has all the newest equipment, including digital x-rays and was run efficiently. There was a little 'up-selling' for items like fluoride treatments and cancer screening, but I didn't feel pressured. I did pay extra for the high-tech cancer screening and felt the price was reasonable.

Toni did a superb job cleaning my teeth. She was friendly and courteous and she attended to my comfort while I was there. The technician who X-rayed my teeth was also friendly, courteous, efficient, friendly and gentle. Dr. Schaefer was also very friendly and courteous. He explained a procedure he could perform but did not pressure me to have it done. I appreciate that.

We were very surprised at my husband's recent experience at Neibauer in early July. He was scheduled to have a wisdom tooth and molar that were hurting him extracted. Last year he had the same procedure done (at this Neibauer) on the other side of his mouth without any problems.The dentist said he needed to take antibiotics for three days prior to the extraction. His appointment was scheduled for Friday at 2pm and at 10am that day he received a call saying the dentist was not confident that they could perform the extractions and said he needed to go to an Oral Surgeon. After being in pain all week and taking the antibiotics as directed he was not happy with this news. He was able to find an appointment with an Oral Surgeon but had to wait another week to be seen! When we went to the Oral Surgeon and they called Neibauer to get the recent Xrays and prescription information sent over they claimed he had not been seen at that location since last year! Not quite sure why they would do that, but I hope it isn't an attempt to cover for an under qualified dentist. My confidence in this location is completely shaken. I have several family members that are patients here and have told them to consider taking their business elsewhere.
