Virginia Family Dentistry Staples Mill

I've been a patient at Virginia Family Dentistry for several years. Every time I go for a checkup and cleaning everyone in the office is pleasant and professional. I've never had to wait to be seen, the same hygienist cleans and examines my teeth so she's aware before she starts that I'm not a very consistent flosser, and I leave with smooth teeth and a smile on my face. THIS is the way all professional practices should be run.

Before retiring, I relocated several times for my company and with each move came the task of finding the right medical professionals. I thought my dental care in Raleigh was the best I'd found until I took a blind chance on Virginia Family Dentistry. Not every patient handles the thought of going to the dentist without anxiety. I am one of those patients with a fear of sitting in that chair. Well I have to say the great folks there held my hand with sincere concern that first visit and I have been some pleased since! They are positive, friendly, welcoming, demonstrate great chair side manner and show such patience I now look forward to my appointments! From the front desk to the existing desk you feel sincerely welcomed and cared for with no surprises. The financials are explained very well, up front, with clarity. I took a chance and got it right the first choice!! Thank you much!!

These guys are simply the best in town. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Their pricing isn't out of line for what you receive. After all, you only have one set of teeth to last the rest of your life. Is that something you're looking to do at the cheapest price or receive the best service at a reasonable rate. They'll do what needs to be done and nothing else just to generate revenue. I know, I've been to other dentists in town and now I won't go anywhere else.

I just love the atmosphere in these offices. Everyone is kind, patient and attentive to your needs. If I could give more atars I would.

I always received excellent dental care with Dr. Mark and his team. The hygienist are great, as are those who handle check in and scheduling appointments.

I never thought I'd say it, but I LOVE this dentist office. I am extremely "phobic" when it comes to dentist visits. However, I explained that on my first visit there, and they have been more than accommodating in ensuring that I am comfortable. They explain any procedures to make sure you know exactly what to expect and check throughout to make sure you're okay. Staff is excellent in their skills and also very warm and friendly! I love it!

I came in to address a current tooth issue, which was scheduled. Once in the chair what was taken over the phone from the young lady was all butt backwards and wrong. No one listens it was very irritating. You are told to read a disclaimer being seen with the corona-virus being current and alive. They want your service with no accountability. There should be a shield where you're being examined and air filters in to decrease the germs for the well being safety of the patients being seen. You are told to take your mask off so they can exam you, but not to put it back on and they've walked off somewhere else and you are exposed. I told my employer I had a doctor's appointment and I would be in directly after. Unfortunately, there was a cancellation they want to get my cleaning which could have waited. It took forever. I should just left by the time I lost a half of my work day was basically over. Very inconsiderate sorry doesn't give back lost time.

Mark was awesome and Alexis was phenomenal as well! I was in a lot of pain during my visit and she was very gentle and tried to make everything as painless as possible. Mark was great! I will be making this my new family dentist
