Virginia Family Dentistry Staples Mill is the best dental practice in the metro Richmond area. Dr. Larkin is fantastic (and exceptionally talented with cosmetic procedures), and the hygienists and staff are all top-notch. My hygienist, Giana, is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant and up to speed on all of the latest technology. The Staples Mill Office recently moved and the new location is state-of-the-art. I am constantly impressed by Virginia Family Dentistry's professionalism, but really appreciate the family focus that shines through everything that they do. I can honestly say that, because of Virginia Family Dentistry, I am frequently complimented on my smile.

I received an email two days before my appointment letting me know that my dental hygienist no longer works there and that I needed to reschedule. Come to find out he does still work there and I guess just isn't going to be in on the day that I have an appointment. Their next available appointment to offer me was November. Why am I getting pushed to the side and not accommodated for a cancellation on their end?

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Larkin for as long as I can remember. Last summer it was discovered that I needed some pretty intense dental work and he saw me through that journey! It was a marathon not a sprint and he took great care of me along the way. He’s a professional and a great provider. Recommend.

This place is terrible management wise. The actual ability of the providers is decent, but they need to know that their office staff is ruining their practice. The amount of time to gey an appointment is absolutely disgusting. They give you this standard copy and paste lie about being added to a "waitlist" if something comes available. Well, it never does and I honestly don't think they manage a wait-list. I was disgusted with the way their office staff handled things. It turned us off and we will forever write horrid reviews. Notice that there is an influx of amazing reviews...damage control or begging for reviews! Trust me. Majority of their bad reviews is not about the providers and their care-its about the office staff! They run it like a chop shop. When you have consistent reviews saying the same thing, pay attention to your shady office staff and clean house

They went above and beyond to try to make us feel comfortable all while meeting needs and explaining things in an easy to understand way.
