I had my 1st new patient visit, switching from my 40+ years @ a former dental practice who is not in my new insurer network. I found the office taking all necessary pandemic precautions with client health survey & temperature check. The staff was efficient & thorough in the X-rays, cleaning and exam. Rachel, my hygienist, was great with letting me know additional dental care tips specific for me. Employees wore masks, even double masks. Spacing in the waiting room was evident and waiting time was as I would have expected, timely.
My only constructive comment would be that exam room doors open heard quite a bit of noise & conversations from other rooms. This though, may be a change (air circulation) due this pandemic environment

We love this office! Our kids were referred to Dr. Dixon for their treatment and she is ah-maze-ing. She is personable, professional, and put us all at ease. Both kiddos required deeper sedation for their treatments due to laughing gas not working for them. Dr. Dixon works with a pediatric anesthesiologist, Dr. Mazzeo, for such cases and we could not have been happier with their care. I am a registered nurse familiar with pediatric sedation and I will not hesitate to have my children treated by Drs. Dixon and Mazzeo again in the future. Everyone from the reception team to the hygienists to the assistants to the doctors are wonderful. This place is a gem.
