The dental staff was excellent! The front office staff was less pleasant... I had some difficulties with my insurance as a new patient and they seemed a little miffed ! I would still recommend them due to the great level of care .

Omgooooddddnesss! I'm not the one to leave reviews but let me just say! I have to leave a review for this dentist office right now! They are just amazinggggg as well as super friendly. The wait time was not at all long. DR DIXON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of my son's teeth and what needed to be done she walked me through all my questions and put my mind at ease.The dental assistant we had was very friendly and polite. She let my son watch Netflix while waiting. To Scedule an appointment was not hard at all you have the convenience to go online to thier website and do so. Someone called me back the very next day with an appointment for that day! The ladies at the front desk)(I was able to catch one of thier names lisa with an E) made you feel very welcome they called my son by his first name! If you haven't yet scedule an appointment what are you waiting for! The place was very clean and we were in a separate room which I very much appreciated. Wonderful staff! I was having an after hours dental emergency and they not only contacted me that night (10pm) but they also managed to get me in for an appointment the next day. I also have high dental anxiety and the ladies at Forrest hill were so understanding , knowledgeable, and friendly it really put me at ease and made the whole experience better then I could have imagined. Dr.Rasul was very thorough on explaining the procedure I needed to have done and the available options to help alleviate my anxiety and what to expect before during and after the procedure.

My 6 year old daughter had to have oral surgery today which required IV sedation. Dr. Dixon and her staff, as well as the Anesthesiologist, were absolutely stellar. The compassion and quality of care they all showed for my daughter was more than I could've even asked for. From check in to check out it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Dr Dixon, and her assistant Jordan even went out of their way to come out and put my daughter in the car! The Anesthesiologist followed up a few hours later, as did Dr Dixon. I feel blessed that my daughter had such amazing people getting her back to optimum oral health. I can't say thank you enough!

I had a mixed experience with this dental place. I just moved here. I broke my mouth guard and they got me in right away. They called me to pick it up and change my appointment. I returned the call and the front desk didn’t know who called me and why. They told me to come in at 8 to pick up my mouth guard but the dentist doesn’t arrive until 830. So I waited. I made an appointment for a cleaning. No one confirmed my appointment. Their policy is to do exam and xrays but possibly not the cleaning the same day. No one made an effort to get my xrays from my last dentist. I reached out to both to get my xrays sent over. I wish my second experience was as good as my first.
