I signed an estimate and paid everything in full prior to service and then get billed over $400 through the mail. I called and they said they're working on it and not to pay, and then they send a surprise notice threatening to send it to collectors. When I called they said we could have charged you over $500 but it's still pending so make payments now. It's been over 1.5 years since the service and I'm afraid they'll keep adding new bills for years to come.

Amazing care; Doctors are sweet to kids and kind to adults. Surgery was a scary thought but they made us feel so comfortable and easy. From the front desk to all the back room staff; we LOVED our experience. After surgery,
they stayed with my daughter. Showed her so much patience and kindness. It was truly magical. They even took her with us to the car and helped put her in!! My 9 year old was terrified of the dentist until seeing Dr. Dixon. She made the visit fun and explained everything in a way we as parents understood! Highly, Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Commonwealth Dentistry for a few years now. My only regret is that I hadn’t found or been going there sooner, much sooner. This is a wonderful dentistry. They make you feel very comfortable and welcomed, the professionalism from the entire staff is top notch! I really look forward to my appointments. The one I see the most is Caz, she’s the dental hygienist. Caz is absolutely wonderful! She’s caring, friendly, professional and she’s excellent at what she does. I’m always satisfied and feel like I’ve been well taken of after each and every visit to Commonwealth Dentistry be it for a cleaning, routine exam or a dental issue. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

I have not up-kept my dental care, yesterday was my first time going back to a dentist in 6-8 years. So needless to say, it was daunting and I was more than a little nervous. Walking in the practice is clean, open, friendly - front desk staff immediately made me feel welcome! Kim my hygienist was SO kind, made the experience light-hearted and answered all my questions. She really made me feel right at ease & even pulled up water pick options on Amazon for me to recommend a brand. Dr Rasul really calmed my fears about the dental work I will have to undergo over the next few months to get my mouth back in tip top shape (I have ALL the cavities) & it was really refreshing to have a female dentist! In fact it appears this entire building is staffed and run by smart, capable, compassionate women - which is one of the reasons I chose this provider.
I loved that they gave me a detailed treatment plan so I knew exactly what will need to be done & what I can expect to pay. It was nice to walk away with a positive feeling yesterday that I am heading in the right direction for my overall dental heath w/a capable team. I start getting filling next week - wish me luck!
