I got a text from the office 2 days before my scheduled 6 month check up to send my insurance info. I did and the next day I got a call from their office that my medicare aetna was not a plan they accept. The fact Im moving in a less than a month, I cant find a dentist to get me on their schedule and then to find a dentist where Im moving, who knows how long this saga will take. Ugh!

I’ve been to Commonwealth Dentistry before, but this was my first time at the Forest Hill location. Every single staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explained every procedure for me and answered all of my questions. I came for an emergency visit and have decided that this is location I’d like to continue to visit. They were amazing! I have had nothing but the best care and interaction with all the staff. Everyone is so polite and they really want to help and care. Even with dental "emergencies" that my family or I have ever had, we've been able to get in quickly and they give you their full attention. The dentists are very understanding and never condescending of my anxiety that I experience when at the dentist. I recommend to everyone.

I love my dental hygienist Caz! I’ve had several different dentists but come back for Caz. I’m hopeful to see Dr. Greer for a second visit in six months. She seems great. We’ll see but I know Caz will be there! 🤣

From the moment I approached the front desk, until the moment I departed, I was treated in a friendly, respectful manner. I was addressed by name, everything was explained fully to me and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit.
