We have been going to this office for years and had no complains before this July. Recently went for big service and were completely misinformed.we were reassured that the services would be covered by the plan a couple of times before paying my deductible of 269 dollars. It turned out it was not the correct information, the insurance covered nothing and the office refuses to take any responsibility for misleading me. Now stuck paying a large bill and when called to consult what can be done since I was deceived I was informed by the dentist herself, the one who had performed the service, that "it is only my problem". Just live that. I defiantly do not recommend this office to anyone. They do not care about customer service, they refuse to take responsibility for their promises or actions and will miss guide anyone in order to make more money off of you.

I literally found this Dentist on my insurance Portal Friday night and had an appointment Saturday. They emailed me immediately and had me booked. I was seen by Dr. Shakroo and he was pleasant, very welcoming, detailed and had a great bedside manner. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews but I definitely like this Practice. Dr. Shakroo was better then my current dentist. I am glad I decided to go to Glenside Dental for a second opinion and I will now become a permanent Patient.
