Had okay experiences and staff was friendly. However, I didn't feel I was getting proper consideration for my treatment and felt that staff were talking without talking to me while I was in the room, which I don't like. Ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere and changing doctors as a result.

Waste of time and money. My 98.00 dollars down the toilet. Thats how much I payed for a initial exam of my tooth! CRAZY! I don't have dental insurance, so they charged me almost a 100.00 dollars for a x ray and examination. I came in just to get a filling put in for a small cavity that had just started and one of the first things I was told is I need a root canal. I think this dentist and her office are in it for the money. I think they are Dishonest and will take advantage of u if u let them. I feel very taken advantage of and ripped off. I do not recommend anyone come here. Not ever! I wasted 98.00 dollars of my hard earned money and didn't get anything for it. I regret coming here. Bad service. There are a lot dishonest money hungry dentist offices out there that just want to find reasons to make a lot of money off of u and I feel this is one of them.

I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Shan is money hungry and doesn't disclose when she makes mistakes to her patients. Not only did she hand me a treatment plan that cost almost 6k (not including the 1k I had already spent that day) but the saving plan she told me to sign up for cost $150 up front. The plan said that future root canals would be a little less than $600, I was charged $850 that apparently included a credit of $150 that was on my account. I was given a root canal and filling a few weeks ago and during that appointment she got a piece of metal stuck in between my teeth. Instead of working a little bit longer to get it out, she cut the excess metal, wrapped it around my tooth and said nothing about it. Two weeks later, the mental is sticking out between my teeth and i had to pull it out with tweezers. Dont waste your time, find a dentist who actually cares about their patients.

Dr. Shan is the first dentist that has never caused me any pain! I'm not a fan of dentist, but don't mind at all going in for my check-ups or any other issue. Very efficient and friendly. Rate a 100 out of 10!!

Came in for an emergency extraction on a Saturday. Staff is extremely friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable. They took care of us quickly and for a more than reasonable price.
