Such a great experience every time with Dr. Lipscomb. I did my Invisalign here as well and I am very excited about the results. Kayla is also the best and makes cleanings fun!

shockoe dentistry told me i had several cavities a few years ago. finally just went to get a second opinion, it turns out i have no cavities. i felt weird about this place from the start, they were gruff with me and snapped when i asked questions
update: i am absolutely not confusing you with another office, it was likely 2 years ago. i was told i had several cavities. i don’t think that’s something i’d forget. gaslighting is an excellent policy though, keep it up

i went in for an crown for a tooth after i got a root canal. Not only did he work on the wrong tooth but he shaved down my tooth so much that i had no choice but to get it extracted. In my early 30s Not only does it effect my smile for the rest of my life but now i have to pay thousands of dollars to get it fixed elsewhere in addition to getting a crown on my root canal ! I left with an extraction that i didn’t ask for and i still have a temporary fill from the root canal specialist that the doctor completely ignored. I left in tears and now i have to pay for work on tooth #13 instead of #31. And he was nonchalant about it. “Oh well that was a part of your treatment plan”. And don’t address me, i don’t want a rebuttal.

Everyone was really kind and the wait time for my appointment was very short. Melissa King was super nice and friendly and made sure I was comfortable through the entire appointment! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their teeth taken care of properly.

I have been going here for a few years now and they are always super great. Very professional, friendly, and never pressure me into anything. They always give an honest opinion and are very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend seeing them!

A great experience. Came in to have a broken tooth evaluated and left the same day with my smile fixed. Efficient skilled dentist. Pleasant and reassuring support staff.

This was a wonderful experience. Dr.Lipscomb and his skilled assistant were superb. I highly recommend visiting their office if you need dental work. Honestly I couldn't be happier.

While the people at the desk were polite, and the tech who took me back was very warm and understanding, I unfortunately was seen by an emotionless robot of a dentist, who was given the designation of "Dr. Jessica Vellucci" with no empathy whatsoever. So, if you come here for your dental work, just be aware that it may as well be a robot working on your teeth. If that's what you prefer, great. For me, however, it was a somewhat traumatic experience. The medicine that they insisted on giving me, without discussion, almost sent me to the ER.

Edit: nope. Sorry. Wasn't just there for drugs. I have a pain specialist who takes care of that. So, your ASSUMPTION is incorrect.

First I’ll say this I don’t do good at dentists. But wow they was the best!!!!! I’d give them 10 stars ! I went in with a tooth that was killing me and I mean killing me and it was infected really bad I had a choice to pull it or Take anabiotic and come back after say 3 days. and I chose for them to pull it now I’ve had one done like this before and I was really nervous because you can’t really numb it when it’s infected like it was and they pulled it and it was with NO PAIN 🙂🙂!!! I’ll be back for sure thank y’all so much!!!! 😊

I had a very poor experience with this dental office. Please do your research.

1) They "claimed" to talk to my insurance company about work I needed and gave me an "estimate". After the work they sent me a bill for basically double what I agreed to. They said my insurance downgraded my coverage... AKA: They did not get pre-authorization like they led me to believe. They made an assumption and gave me an estimate on what they thought the insurance company would cover.
2) I had work done on 4 teeth. 3 of the 4 are still in a good deal of pain 2 months later. Sensitive to pressure and temperature and I cannot chew on my left side. Worst part: I didn't even have pain before the work was done!!! They offered to take a look at why my teeth hurt but I moved away.
3) They quoted me $250 for a bite guard. When it came in they tried to charge me $500. I had to call and refuse to pay. They took the additional charge off my account. Not that it mattered because it fit so poorly that they had to make another cast. I told them I was moving and not to worry about trying again.
4) After all of that, I asked if there was something I could do about the cost of the work. The office manager told me that the reason it is called an "estimate" is that it could change. I agreed with her but told her that an estimate is "at least directionally correct" and they DOUBLED what they quoted me. She said I could contact a lawyer if I wanted to dispute the price.

They hooked me on the best case scenario and sold me 3 painful teeth and a bill for a lot more than the original "estimate".

I will give them this: They were nice the entire time and polite... BUT their business model is set up to screw you over if you take them at face value and dont do the work yourself to figure out your coverage.
