This place is not affordable. It's named that way to get you in the door. They will take your insurance and charge the maximum they can get away with. There's a $47 special on their site for new patient exam, xrays, and cleaning, yet they are trying to charge my insurance $300+ dollars after a $30 copay. That copay was collected before any work was done, and was told any other work I needed done would need to be paid in FULL before the day it happens. The dentist "JUST HANK" spent five minutes or less looking at my teeth and providing consultation. "JUST HANK" was basic, showed no concern or interest in me as a human and a patient, and spent all of the short consultation time basically telling me that the most BASIC cleaning procedures would suck up all my dental insurance benefits immediately, forcing me to pay out of pocket.
Basically? Try anyone but this greedy place
**EDIT 11/25/17** The office called me for a followup to try and schedule work to be done. I was informed that there was also a $35 "TRANSFER FEE" for the doctor to release my $300+ Xrays. This place is a COMPLETE. RIP. OFF.

I went here to get my teeth cleaned, I feel like they were pretty aggressive and felt like they were just trying to rush and we're not gentle at all throughout the whole process. I would NOT go back!

I had a great experience with Affordable Family Dentistry! They got me in very soon after I called. They use ultrasonic cleaning for teeth so my teeth feel so fresh and clean! I would recommend to anyone!

They are honest and helpful. My son lost a temporary filling and were able to get us in that day and fill it. The dentist went through and made sure that I understood eveything that was going on with his mouth. Just fantastic people.

I have been trying to get in for over a week was told to fill out online papers and did so had an appointment set but was never informed of anything regarding the appointment. I have tried calling them over 10 times to just get sent to a voicemail, this is absolutely ridiculous and shows super bad service. I really hope they fix their system as I’m sure others have had the same issue.

Always a positive experience coming here. Dr. Hank and the staff are always friendly and welcoming and make getting my braces adjusted a much more tolerable experience. Very accommodating to my schedule as well

Be aware this company will charge your CC before you even have the service done. When i called to confront them about the situation they acted as if this was a common accurance. I've been to a lot of doctors over the years and have never had a company charge me before the procedure was done. We even confirmed with the person who handles billing that the card would not be charged until the day of service since we had to give them the card info ahead of time for Care Credit.

I am shopping for an oral surgeon and I just read the reviews on this, and they released a patient's medical information in one of their responses to the review. None of us should know about this patient's dental experience from India or what they're trying to have done at your clinic now. That was all in violation of HIPAA., and I almost went there.!!!! This could have been me.

Very nice place, was informative and helpful, even checking up on me after the appointment. Also gave a lot of information that I haven't heard from previous dentistry before which was great. Would recommend.

Gave me some expensive medicine and waved the fee after fillings. He definitely knew what he was talking about and made sure I wasn't in any pain. I was also quickly seen. Great place!
