I took my kids to this dentist and the first appointment was great. He got the x-rays and worked in time to get my sons cavity filled that day, even though we were only there for a cleaning. However, I have been trying to schedule another appointment with them and have had no response. I have left multiple messages and reached out through their website over a few weeks and nothing.

This place is very shady and fraud. No notes, need the money to even schedule the appointment and being knew to the area I didn't know any better. I could go on and on but I'm reporting this to the BBB. I wasn't but we need to stop places like this.

Contacted this location on 6/15/22 as I just moved to this area and was looking for a new dentist. The office staff had me fill out a good amount of forms and even transfer my insurance to their office. It’s been over a month and they haven’t been able to schedule an appointment. However, they actually contacted me at 5pm for a possible appointment at 11am the next day a few weeks back. I find this very unacceptable and an absolute waste of time. I don’t think a schedule book is used here as I kept being told about a “call list”. Don’t waste your time..
