I haven't been to the dentist for 11 years, Dr. Chiang made me feel comfortable, more comfortable than I thought I would ever be going to the dentist. He explained everything in simple terms, helped with insurance, and ensured I was completely numb for my tooth removal.

What a modern office! Dr. Chiang is efficient and precise. I shopped around for implants and this was the perfect office for me. Everything was easy from online paperwork, online payment, and texting. I finally switched dentists after my previous dentist of 15 years neglected my teeth concerns. Turns out they were just dated like dinosaurs. If you are looking for modern technology, great pricing, and digital communication- you will not be disappointed with Affordable Family Dental!

Dentist was friendly and informative. He made sure that I understood everything he told me, and was very professional and efficient during my visits. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent dental help with flexible payment options.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. I must say I've had many experiences with dentists, because of a mouth trama I experienced as a young man. And I must say Dr. Chaing was very thoughtful and pleasant with all my issues, I would recommend this place to anyone who has teeth pain. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful with all my questions and explained everything to me completely.

Dr.hank brought our experience down to a personal level, I expected the usual procedure as a new patient, but here it was different. I'm Not sure if he usually handles all patients solely by himself or has staff, but on my visit we interacted with the doctor himself from start to finish. I didn't have to communicate thru several notes or office staff, or a dental assistance, we delt with him directly. Which I found to be more personable. Sometimes it takes several visits before you feel like you know your doctor and he knows you. And It's also nice not to have to repeat what's going on with yourself wether its concerns of fear, toothaches and pain, or general questions without having to tell your story many times before you even see the dentist directly. To top it off Dr. Hank handles everything in one visit, instead of appt after appt. Which was also unusual. Definitely going back to have him manage the whole family. He shows me he cares about his patience and his involvement is in more than just your teeth.

I went to affordable family dentistry for an emergency appt. Upon arrival I was sent a text message asking to let them know when I was outside. (Didn’t seem strange due to possible Covid restrictions) however when I got inside I was greeted by the dentist. There was no one at the front counter and no assistant just me and him. Which was more than a little uncomfortable. He said “his staff was at lunch break.” That was at 1130. However, I left there at 140 and no staff ever came back. He took X-rays and proceeded to tell me that I needed a 7000 dollar mouth guard and that he would recommend three of my teeth get pulled at 4000 a piece. And that was not counting the implants he was suggesting. Oh and he wanted all the money up front. I’m sorry sir but I’m not giving anyone 11,000 dollars upfront with no documentation or a breakdown of costs. He kept saying “it’s not like I have a box of implants I’m trying to sell you” however it seemed to me he didn’t want to do anything but pull my teeth. I asked him for antibiotic he said that he would send it over to the nearest pharmacy. I then asked “can you send it over to my pharmacy?” he refused. I went to pick it up later that evening and he had never called in the prescription. When I texted asking about it he said he was unsure that I wanted them and they wouldn’t help me anyway. I then asked if he could send my X-rays over to another dentist for a second opinion. His response was check your email and good luck with that. Still have not received said email. I would not recommend this place. For a dentist that claims he’s a teacher a local university which when I looked him up and he’s a volunteer there. (Half truth) I’m just a person telling my story and we are just having a conversation (he kept saying that the whole time) So unless you have have a ton of money and want to be in tears leaving there thinking you need all your teeth pulled out. I would avoid this place all together and get a second opinion. I read his google reviews after I left and what he said to me he has said to other people. He had the audacity to say that people were writing bad reviews and that I should disregard them. I think I’ll stick to my experience and know those people are in fact right. Maybe stick to teaching and stop trying to scare people into giving you thousands of dollars and maybe change your business name because nothing about this place is affordable.

I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before deciding on this office. I am so happy that I picked Affordable Family Dentistry. I am in customer service and I can tell from experience that the bad reviews are not true and is written by the same group of people probably because they all wanted free work. My family had the best experience because Dr. Chiang and his staff are very straight forward and informative. Pricing is great and the work is superb. Thank you for the dental implants and TMJ devices. My spouse who hasn't seen a dentist in 20 years (out of fear) is finally going to the dentist on a regular schedule. Dr Chiang fixed the TMJ jaw problems we have had for years. I've referred basically my home neighborhood and coworkers to Affordable family dentistry. Awesome Awesome Awesome dentist!

I needed an emergent fix to a tooth and I was in-between dentist with moving into the area. I reached out and they promptly were able see me. I was so grateful for thier flexibilty and professionalism. The doctor fixed my tooth and was open and transparent to me about future plans and recommendations. He saved my holiday plans. Thank you!

Easy appointment scheduling and via text! So awesome. Dr. Chiang spends lots of time explaining treatment plans. Fast service. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff at this dental office were very kind the dentist was very direct and to the point. He explains things to the point that everyone can understand what's going on at the point and time I absolutely will recommend people to check them out.
