Affordable Family Dentistry

Absolutely amazing experience! I am on limited dental coverage and they were still able to get me in right away for my cleaning and exam. After the exam we were able to set up a plan to get my teeth back in order, and they got me in 4 days later. In the past I have had a few bad experiences with inadequate numbing, but not this place. They are spot on, and got a huge amount of work done in one sitting. They definitely know what they are doing and I left there knowing way more about dental health. Prices are more than reasonable, and overall a wonderful dental experience. I will be going back soon to get a crown, extremely happy I found this gem.

Brought my 2 year old in for an exam, had yet another wonderful experience! Super patient and informative, even got us in a bit early! Still highly recommend

I am new here bring my two kids cleaning tooth. Dr Chiang was very nice and patient, he did a great job for my son.

Best dental experience ever. If you don’t take care of your teeth like me, do not come here expecting them to fix all your problems in one visit. The dentist gave me a clear plan and encouraged me to focus on one problem at a time. I read a lot of the one star reviews and it seems like it’s the same few persons creating accounts and writing about the same things over and over. No paper, hard to get appointment, etc. Sounds like people are mad whenever they don’t get there way nowadays. Ask yourself have you been keeping up with your teeth, if not, stop blaming other people and take responsibility. I know I had to clean up my life and no one else did that for me except for me. This office is super polite and friendly. I do not believe these sour grapes went to the same dental office I did. Keep doing what you guys are doing and thank you for treating me with kindness and with zero judgment. Don’t let these fake sour reviews bring the world down. Go here if you want to learn about your teeth. Keep on keep it on. Two thumbs way up for affordable dental!

I normally hate the dentist because I struggle with depression and brushing my teeth is sometimes really hard for me. I have struggled to find a judgement-free dentist who will work with me to best figure out a care plan. He was great, informed me about the whole process and kept it very professional, it is clear he has my best interest in mind

Be carefull going to this dentist as his practice is shady at best . He will talk down to you and bully you into a future appointment and make you prepay for a future appointment. Avoid this guy at all costs. I have never given a bad review but this guy should come with a warning label. All of his five star reviews seem like false reviews to manage his actual bad business practice. Be warned and be careful with this guy. I will be reporting him to better business bureau by the way.

With the pandemic I hadn't been able to go to the dentist for the last few years, and ended up with a bit of bad news. The dentist that was working with me was super polite and very responsive to all of the (possibly dumb) questions I had. I've got another appointment in a week to get some work done and while I am a bit nervous about it, I couldn't ask for a better place to go to.

I had my teeth cleaned with this dentist. The concern with this this dentist is that the patient needs to pay the co-pay at the time of scheduling the appointment. For example, if I need to get my tooth cleaned in three months from now and I want to schedule an appointment today, the dentist expects you to pay the co-pay today. This is ridiculous.
For the first appointment, the dentist did not ask me to pay the copay at the time of scheduling my appointment. Immediately after completing the first appointment, the office staff called multiple times on the same day asking me to make the copay, before the insurance company process the claim. If the dentist is need of money immediately, he should not open the business and should work for some hospital.

Never have had a dentist appointment like this before! I was showed my x-rays and saw the places where there were concerns. Had all my questions answered and given a recommended course of action.

I'll start with I hope that if there's a response from the office like they've done on other posts it's at least respectful and truthful but that may be asking too much. I don't know much about how this particular office performs on procedures as I never got there, between the car salesman like upselling and the stonewall act they pulled the second I asked for paperwork explaining the price of a procedure and why it was two thousand more than the same procedure at nearby offices, I never agreed to the procedure. I hope my experience was isolated, I hope I misunderstood something, but the moment I asked for documentation is not the moment to get sketchy and say the doctor will speak to you on the issue but we don't do the paperwork until the procedure day. What?
