Dr.Hank did amazing work and Kris is so sweet. It would have normally taken 12 appointments to get the amount of work done that he got done in one appointment. My teeth were really jacked up and now they look so much better. Dr. Hank even called personally and checked on me a week later to make sure I am healing up good and happy with the work. Ive never had a dentist call to make sure I was doing okay before so that was really nice. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Hank teaches dentistry to other places like Healthpoint so that shows you he really has more experience then a lot of other dentists in the area so knowing that really assured me that I chose the right place.

Went there once for a emergency and will never go back. He’s money hungry and not about the patients. If you don’t do what he recommends he don’t help you. It was a little uncomfortable being there also. He was the only one in the office doing everything. Thankful I found a place much better, more professional, and took care of what I needed.

Very professional and welcoming experience. The dentist was very straight forward and didn't sugar coat anything. I went in to take my wisdom teeth out. He was fast and careful. I had like no waiting time to get an appointment. Best dentist I've ever been too. Dental assistant is funny and very sweet welcoming women. Thanks for helping me. I would recommend this place 100%

Tried to schedule an appointment for my a family member. They wouldn't talk to me on the phone and wanted to do it over text. Three word responses at that. What a ridiculous way to do business. I've had car sales men put more effort into trying to get my business. That's all I needed to know. Hilarious.

Easy appointment scheduling and via text! So awesome. Dr. Chiang spends lots of time explaining treatment plans. Fast service. Would recommend to anyone.

My overall experience was fantastic! I originally called in to establish a regular dentist with checkup and cleaning. I not only was seen the next day, but the dentist completed what would have taken 20 visits into A SINGLE VISIT! Very knowledgeable, quick, and professional. Emailed me directions to prolong the work done in case I forgot and went as far as to call me the next day to see how I was doing. Could not be happier with what is usually a bad experience with dentists when you need a lot of work done. My cleaning, what I originally went in for, is set for next month. Affordable Family Dentistry is absolutely wonderful! I have dental insurance that offers very little coverage. As many of us are on a budget, it can be difficult if you have intensive dental issues. I originally visited for an exam. Last year. Dr. Chiang was honest with me, which, I appreciated. He did refer me to the UW Dental Clinic, as I had zero funds at the time. Also, I had several dental problems that my insurance would not cover. I reached out to the clinic, but never heard back.
I decided to return to Affordable Family Dentistry, the following year. My situation changed and I had the funds to at least begin to address my many dental issues. Dr. Chiang is a true professional who will take the time to educate you and listen to your concerns. He will work with you and allow YOU to decide what you would like to address first. He will provide you with suggestions, as well as options. He will partner with you to decide on the best treatment plan, for YOU.
The office has a very pleasant environment. Dr. Chiang and his staff will ensure that your experience is pain-free. Dr. Chiang will take extra time to ensure that the antiesthetic is doing it's job.
Affordable Family Dentistry does take several different types of insurance, that some dental clinics do not accept. In addition, they offer a membership program that does assist if you do not have dental insurance, you maxed-out your insurance for the year, etc. I have utilized the plan and it does save you money.
Dr. Chiang is a top notch dentist and his work is quality. I am very happy to have found him.

I’m not even sure where to begin. Was in for what was supposed to be a dental emergency appointment. I had a possible infected tooth and I’m pregnant my midwife agreed it was a emergency due to risk of infection and this office knew that. Was told through email to expect the appointment to be 60-90 minutes long. I signed a consent to treat form to be TREATED and was told by scheduling that I’d be taken care of that day. The dentist I saw was extremely rude, spent 15 minutes bashing and belittling me over past cavities and my tooth that had started to have issues that week. Pregnancy can cause dental issues, I was getting it take care of and it was his job to treat not judge. When I said I wanted to get the tooth pulled because I was told by multiple dentist before I moved the molar needed to go anyways due to crowding I was pretty much yelled at because he wanted me to pay $4000 for the root canal. When I said no I don’t have that kind money right now and I’m not comfortable doing it pregnant I was then told he was no longer comfortable treating me and gave me a referral and walked me out the door . My fiancé left a bad review because I was so upset. Dentist handled it by releasing my private medical information online and harassing me by phone and email to take the comment down. You violated HIPPA, belittled me, refused to treat me because I didn’t want to give $4000 on the spot and lied. DO BETTER.

I’m thrilled w my visit! And I hadn’t been to dentist in years, fillings and complete cleaning in a visit! He was absolutely a get it done dentist! Very professional and I’m bot in hardly any pain after he warned me that I might be ! I feel healthier after going! I was scared to death. But it wasn’t as bad as I thought! Great dentist!

Great dentist! I had many cavities and decided that I needed to do something about that. I found this dentist recently. He did all of my fillings in one appointment! This saved me time and money because I did not have to take much time off of work.
The dentist shared his expert knowledge with me, giving me the thorough details of what was going on with my teeth. This is a dentist that I can fully trust!
