I had two teeth crack to the nerve because of tripping over a pot hole covered by leaves. And they had a completely booked day and they actually did everything they could to get me in to have them extracted the same day I called. I absolutely love this place, they're really care about they're patients and not just money. Thanks Doc. Bailey!!

Went in and had to have an unscheduled root canal. Dr. Morris was great and Nicole, his assistant, was very helpful. I was very nervous and they made the whole experience a good one. Thank you very much for always doing the best job. God bless!

I'm almost 18 so I had to switch dentists. The lady up front is very rude. The actual dentist guy is very nice though. I feel pretty confident about this dentist. I have 3 appointments scheduled in the same week! Which is great hes getting my teeth taken care of as soon as possible! & I was in & out in 40 minutes!

They Got my whole family in so fast. I'm pregnant and instead of doing a whole panel of xrays, doc did just what was needed to fix a broken filling asap. Brought my two children in two hours later and instead of charging me an ungodly amount to tell me he wanted to refer me to a child specialist, he didn't charge me and gave me a referral. My other child got his xrays and cleaning and goes back in a couple weeks for the follow up care. This dentist is kind and straight to the point. The staff is really great, kept my little guy calm and answered his questions. The girl at the front got our insurance verified before we made our first appt. Thanks comfort dental, I'm so glad my mother recommended you. I'm comfortable on the left side of my mouth again, you rock! !

I have been using Comfort Dental for two years, I have always been impressed with the service I received there, but about a month ago I had my first toothache ever. I have super dense teeth that even my baby teeth had to be pulled {yes, everyone of them} so between my early childhood ages and my now senior age, I have been to quite a few Dentists. I am here to tell you, Comfort Dental is by far above the rest. You get an appointment usually within 7 days of calling, I have never waited longer then 5 minutes in waiting room, all the staff is professional and yet very friendly, and Dr. Morris's delivery of mouth anesthesia is the very best I have ever had. So back to my toothache by the time I finally decided I couldn't take it anymore, I was in tears and talked to Dr. Morris personally, he asked if I could be there within two hours, and even though he knew it was going to be lengthy appointment, took me in as last appointment of the day. An hour and a half later I could actually smile, the toothache had cost me my job, a hole burnt in my stomach lining from all the aspirin I took trying to numb the ache. I am 50 years old and am telling you , Comfort Dental is one of the best dental offices in the Spokane area, with quick and efficient service, friendlier yet professional staff, (that go the distance for you) and the finest dentist I have seen in 45 years of dental work. Truly my modern day heroes.

They were extremely accommodating to me and my needs. They went above and beyond what I've ever experienced at a dentist before! Very friendly, kind and patient! Highly recommend!!!

Never had a bad experience here! Staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Price is fair and service is great, both doctors have always taken good care of me and my family, I don't refer anywhere else. Dental assistants are all cute as a bonus. Thank you for all your work!

Super friendly staff, but do not explain everything over the phone when you first call to schedule. Without confirming an appt 24 hrs before they will CANCEL your appt as well. After youre seen you have your treatment options they go over, but its paying for them. They have NO financing option, other then prepay your acct, pay cash in full, or if you use your care credit card they charge you a whopping 40% more!!!!!! 40% just to use your own financing! Literally would not recommend this place unless you have pricey insurance. But as i said super friendly people if you wanna chat.

Better than I expected. Went in today and got some X-rays done, the lady that did it understood that it hurt when you needed to bite down and moved as fast as possible so I was in pain less. The doc was super nice and even scheduled me for another appointment himself.

The only thing I didn't like was the chair was facing away from the computer screen, I'm curious and wanted to know what my X-rays looked like. So nothing about the crew, just placement. :)

The front desk lady was nice, as soon as I met th dentist he gave me a rude look because I was a bigger girl, that really did hurt me and that was just rude. He didn't want to help me right away when I had pain in my mouth. I can't trust any dentist or if there is someone out there that doesn't discriminate because of weight.
