Northcutt Dental

This is Greg Babb. I needed some dental work done and heard an ad on Power 88 radio for Northcutt. I made an appointment and have been nothing but impressed. The staff are all pleasant, smiling, and helpful. The dentist have been prepared with answers to any questions and giving all options. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

If you have dental anxiety, this is the place for you! I have put off going to the dentist for a long time because I am so scared of dentists (terrible experience as a child), but the staff at Northcutt dental made this such a great experience. The office staff was super professional and so nice. My hygienist was Becky and she was so patient with me and had the sweetest chair-side (?) manner. The doctor that I saw was Dr. Havron, she did a great job of explaining things and working out a plan of action for me. I really can not speak more highly of this place. I don't think I will be putting off my dentist visits anymore.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Northcutt. The building and interior are lovely, and the people are all kind. I had not been to the dentist in 15 years and I came to Northcutt with a cracked tooth and in a panic. Everyone was comforting and for that reason I hvae not only been back for my extraction and bridge placement, but for a cleaning as well. I will definitely keep coming back to Northcutt, they put me at ease.
I would also like to add that Katie made sure I was calm and taken care of and Dr. Havron has an excellent bedside manner...

My daughter is 10 and very scared of all medical and dental care. Amanda Knight is awesome! She was amazing with my daughter and calmed her fears and was very very patient with her. My daughter is no longer scared to go to the dentist as long as she can see Dr. Amanda! Thank you North Cutt!

They're very friendly and professional. They always give a printed invoice itemizing every cost ahead of time, so no surprise costs. Only complaint I have is my own insurance company's coverage costs, which are not their fault.

I was treated with the utmost respect. I was made aware before hand of the procedure which needed to done. Dr. Maurer was professional and caring. She had my best interest at heart the entire time.

Her assistant, Cindy went above the call of duty in making me feel relaxed and comfortable.

My initial appointment was scheduled and I was seen in two days. After the initial appointment is when things went south. I called them two days after to make arrangements come in to get the work started, they said they would have to call me back with the details. Almost two weeks later they finally called me to finish the details. I have already chosen another dentist due to the wait time.
Here's a tip: when someone is in pain and has the ability to pay, don't make them wait for treatment. They will ALWAYS find another source of treatment. You lost a client because of this.

Great practice. Efficient. Caring. Respectful Highly professional. Gentle, especially with wimps like me. Definitely recommend the practice even in times of Covid. Hygenist Hunter is particularly skilled and caring.2021 update: hygienist Paola is also wonderful. A great practice that cares about its patients.

I broke off the back cusp of one of my 1st premolars on a Friday afternoon and was able to be seen by Dr Freeman that same evening when all other dental offices were closed and unwilling to see a new patient. She was outstanding. Upon evaluation she determined my tooth could be saved and I was treated again on Saturday morning for a crown. I am new to South Baldwin and have been searching for a while for a new dentist. God led me to Northcut Dental and I am more than pleased with this dental practice. They will now be my permanent dental practice.

The whole team was extremely friendly, professional and helpful!! Tammy did my cleaning and did a fantastic job!! Definitely the best dental experience I've ever had!!
