They originally were supposed to do a filling and did say if there’s any problem then I can come back and have it fixed. I understand tooth sensitivity is common after having a filling done. I did wait a good bit before going back and bringing up the problem because the pain. They proceed to tell me I’ll need a 700$ root canal and cap on the tooth because they “hope” the cavity wasn’t that bad. Turns out it was. So although they have x rays, and past history working with me seeing the cavity and seeing it’s an issue they didn’t mention anything about a root canal and proceed to fill the cavity. Now they will not correct the issue they have created or refund me although I’m still in pain. I would give them no stars if I could because this place isn’t worth going to.

Excellent Dental practice. Yesterday I had Dr. Myers and Ashton, dental assistant. They were very pleasant and showed they really cared for their patients. It was a painless experience preparing for my tooth cap. Real professionals in every regard. The office, financial and other dental people have always been very helpful and did a great job.

Northcutt Dental is wonderful! The staff are beyond nice and helpful. They are extremely nonjudgmental and comforting. Dr. Myers is so gentle, you can tell she actually cares about her patients. Also, the office is squeaky clean and the lobby furniture is pretty comfy. They are pretty efficient and I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes: if you are new to the area and looking for a great dentist, you should absolutely give them a call.

Best hygienist I have ever had! Very knowledgeable and personable. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but she was a game changer for me! Gave me a lot of good information and I was encouraged with my dental plan. She encouraged me to start using a Sonicare for substantial reasons. Went right out and purchased one. I have to say I am very pleased. Well done!

My son started going to Northcutt Dental in Fairhope when he needed an emergency root canal. Because they have a practice with a large team of dentists and are open Saturdays, they were able to work him in immediately. He’s been going there ever since and now so have I. They helped walk me through a difficult time with two teeth by referring me to a great oral surgeon instead of doing these procedures themselves. I moved my dental care over to them and was impressed by the ease and comfort of the cleaning and the exam. They communicated well by taking the time to answer all my questions. When I had to get a filling, it was totally pain free. Their kindness and confidence helped me to deal with the extreme anxiety I experience when getting dental treatment.

Such a POSITIVE experience at Northcutt Dental. Even though I am not a regular patient of their practice, they worked me into their schedule and addressed my dental needs as if I were. And that was on a Saturday! YES, this practice is open on Saturdays plus... they have extended weekday hours to accommodate your schedule & take care of all your dental needs!
