Very pleasant place. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Thomas was very helpful and very detailed concerning my situation. He answered my every question and took the time to explain each answer. I'm very pleased. Also I'm new to the area and this is my first visit to a dental office.

They recently evaluated an injury I sustained, due to an accident, and I was very pleased that the Dentist was able to satisfy my concerns regarding treatment to the injury. I have been going to Northcutt Dental since about 2015. I have seen at least 5 different Dentists there but I have always had great care, compassionate doctors and felt secure. I have dental fear from a child and I have gotten so much better with their care and concern. They tell me, let me know if you are in any pain. I like that ....very good practice.

High pressure push on x-rays. First gal that took me into room asked if I wanted x-rays, I said no thank you. Thought that was the end of it. Hygienist came into room and asked again. I again politely said no thank you. She then said that if I didn't get x-rays today okay, but that they strongly recommend I get them on the next visit. I'm not sure what is going to happen tomorrow, so I said no. She then left the room and came back saying the dentist also strongly recommends I schedule x-rays for the next appointment so they can guarantee proper care and if not I may have to seek out a new dentist. I told her that this was a very hard sell on their part and that I have said no several times. She again told me that it was okay not to get x-rays this time, but I needed to schedule them for my next visit. I continued to explain to her that I fully understand the difference between this visit and the next, but I was not going to commit at this time to x-rays for any future visits. She started in again about how important it was and again recommended that I schedule for the next appointment. I got up and left. I have been going to Northcutt for a couple of years and have always had a pleasant experience, but they are pushing this up-sell way too far. I will be seeking another dentist.

Northcutt Dental is tops in my book. The staff is nice professional and caring. The office has amenities for drinkers, juice, or water. Some snacks too. Dr. Thomas even though slammed with patients gave each of us a thorough checks with great suggestions. š

They are really professional they the only dentist stay open after 5 clock and open on the Saturday if you need them they're are there for you and very friendly

Went in because a crown had come off while down visiting my parents. Time waiting was much less than expected and time to finish the replacement also seemed very fast.
Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient.
If I lived closer I would definitely want this place to be my dental clinic.
