Attention anyone with dental anxiety! This dental practice is wonderful. Not only are they very friendly but patient and very gentle. I have a fear of dentists and I can say I will not get all worked up prior to future visits. All of the staff are welcoming, smiling and they seem to really love working there. The office is beautifully decorated and includes a fireplace in the waiting area. I highly recommend them with no reservation!

Northcutt Dental in Fairhope is like no other Dentist Office I have ever experienced. The office itself is so welcoming. The staff is remarkable from Lindzey who always greets me with a smile to the staff member that makes me comfortable in the chair to Olivia who makes my pearly whites pearly white. And of course Dr. David who makes it all happen. For years I dreaded the dentist but now at age 67 I don't. My husband and I and family members to include grandchildren wouldn't think of going any other place. We have lived on the Eastern Shore for 8 years but we started going to Northcutt even before then...based on many recommendations from friends. The waiting roomis more like a living room than a place to sit snd wait. It is well-appointed making it warm and welcoming. Each of the dental procedure rooms is comfortable. This is what a dental office should be.

I went in to the office for a cleaning on 11/17/16. My family and i have been paitents of Northcutt for about two years now, but i have never gotten a basic cleaning at Northcutt and had to go home and immediately brush and floss my teeth. I recently got braces, and expected better hygiene practices from the person cleaning my teeth. She did not floss my teeth, which is very important with braces, she didnt even let me rinse with mouthwash. On top of that i had water running out the side of my mouth and had to wipe my mouth and face with my hands. What an awful experience with this practice. Prior to this experience i brag on this practice to my family. That one employee who took half of 5 minutes to half clean my teeth makes the entire practice look unprofessional. I came in the office for a simple cleaning and didn't get what was paid for.
