Balmoral Dental Center

The entire staff at Balmoral Dental is 2nd to absolutely no-one in Huntsville. They treat you with respect, attend to your needs, and in a very timely manor. I have had a lot of dental work in 40 years and this practice has exports that are no doubt at the top of their fields. I would recommend this practice for anyone who is hesitant about pain, anxiety, visual blemishes, denture work, or anything keeping you from thinking that this can be a piece of cake - IT TOALLY WAS! I put it off for 10 months after the last horrible experience and I'm so glad I found the Balmoral crew! 100% professionals at their crafts. Thank you ladies!!!

Dr. Parks and her staff were amazing . I could honestly say this was my BEST dental experience ever. If you do not have a primary dentist office I would recommend you go here you won't be disappointed. .❤️

I never have to wait long once I arrive. The office is nicely decorated and always clean. Most of all, the staff are all very nice and professional.

Please do not go here, you will be very upset and disappointed. If I could give no stars I would. I have never been to a place that was unprofessional as this one. The doctor that was working when I went the 1st time is no longer available and they did not even tell me , I had to ask. I made an appointment to get a crown. They said that it was fine. Remember I had previously been to this establishment. I also requested to have a cleaning but was told that I could not get both done at the same time. As soon as I get there I was already upset, they told me that they had to look at my tooth first and than proceed. I was under the impression that I was getting a crown, no one told me this over the phone and I know I needed one because it hurt and I was ready to pay for one. Instead they cleaned by teeth and looked in my mouth and told me what I needed. I let them contact (LHI) because I am in the military and they would cover some of the cost. LHI contacted me and told me they would NOT ALLOW balmoral dental to do any treatment; which should of been a red flag but I still needed my crown and would use different insurance to do it. They gave me a cleaning and they scheduled me a another date to get a crown. I went to my appointment and I sat waiting for 20 minutes. I would of left because 10 to 15 minutes is enough time to wait and I was going to reschedule. I finally get in the back and I am talking with a entirely different doctor that has not seen me before. She looks on her screen and says you were here last year in March last and I was like no. What happened to my files. Clearly she did not know how to work her own computer because she did not click on the right date which I could see on the screen, than I told her what they did last time and she tells me I didn't talk with her so she does not have a clue what happened. SO I am really upset because there wasno communication between her and the other doctor. Than she explains to me whats going on and I told her that is not what happened and maybe she should communicate better because I was not going to pay for services that she didn't know what she was going to do, and on top of all that failure to tell me that they had to take measurements for my crown. I asked why didn't they do this the last time. This was my last straw and will never ever go back to deal with this and hope no one has this issue. If the military didn't want to let them do any treatment I should of left.

I love this place! The people here are genuinely kind and take pride in their job. Happy to have found a new dental home!

Great experience at Balmoral Dental Center. My hygienist was amazing, gentle and thorough. Very personal care, and relaxing environment (for a dentist)! Definitely recommend Balmoral Dental Center!

If I could rate BDC a negative ZERO, I would! In my opinion, I just can't understand why after 30 years of dealing with dentists, I have found them to be the biggest cons out of ALL medical profession. After all the back and forth that dreadful morning on 10/31/2018, the bad vibes I felt, the lies I caught the hygienist in as well as the thought of "I have to get back to work, so what the HELL is she doing?", and the dentist that was "REALLY" clueless"; BDC STILL continued to bill my insurance for a cleaning (though I argued with them) that NEVER occurred. I did report this, so it is currently being investigated. If the hygienist and dentist that took care of me that morning really think that what they were doing or 'talking about' was correct, then maybe they need to go back to college. Thankful my insurance company is investigating this and allowed me another cleaning appointment with another dentist next week. I hope the next dentist will prove their scam that my teeth were never cleaned! I really regret that I ignored the initial vibe I felt to stay away from BDC.....lesson learned.

I absolutely LOVE everyone at Balmoral Dental! I couldn't ask for better doctors or staff to address any and all of my dental concerns. I recommend them to all of my friends and family
