1st visit with Auburn Asen was great experience. Staff was very caring .Dr. was awwwsome put me out of my worries quickly. Would tell anyone looking for dental work to give them a try.

Just got 10 extractions done. I was crying like a baby before the extractions begin. The dental assistant and dentist was very nice and calmed my nerves the entire time. I didn't feel a thing! I love them.

I want to thank Ralph the most attentive dental assistant ever. She made sure that I was comfortable through out my visit. Which only lasted less than an hour, considering what I had done. Also Dr Shey was very informative about the process...she was quick and painless. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Felt like they thought that I am filthy rich. After 1.5 hours of being inspected and waiting they said it'll cost me over $3,000 to treat me. Don't take this wrong they seem knowledgeable and capable. If you're wealthy enough this is definitely the place for you. I'll be going to get a second opinion before I spend 3k to fix my mouth.

This place need to be reported and shut down. Back in December 2020 my dentist was slow taken patient because of COVID. So I scheduled an appointment with Aspen dental for a routine cleaning.
They told me I had a gum disease periodontitis. Which I couldn't understand because I been going to a dentist every 6 months getting clean. I'm sure my dentist would have told me that. They wanted me to pay over 2,000$ plus I would have to come back from more treatment. I declined it . I went back to my dentist that following January 2021 they told me I didn't have periodontist. But in my mind. I thinking maybe I need a 3rd opinion . Jan 5 2022 I visit a 3rd dentist they told me I didn't have periodontitis. And Also the lady who clean my teeth told me. Never go to Aspen dental because they tell everyone something is wrong with their teeth. , I was like, they done be same way. Aspen dental refused to do anything to my mouth unless I got the full periodontitis cleaning. I even asked can I have half my mouth clean they said no.
I recall asking my regular dentist. if it's possible to get half of my mouth clean if I had it. He said yes the whole mouth wouldn't need it, if the whole mouth not effected. It's obviously my teeth and gums was in good shape because they didn't recommend anything else like a filling, crown or nothing.. I'm sure if I had periodontitis it would be other issues going on with my teeth.
This place is taken people hard earned money. They need to shut down
Do not visit them.

I’m so disappointed and in pain after Taking off from work for this dental appointment (2:45 to do paperwork) and sitting in the waiting room from 2:35-5:15 to be told the X-ray machine was down.
I watched 8 patients go in and out and several staffs leave out at 5pm and listening to two of the staff in conversations for over an hour while doing paperwork or whatever. When one of them saw me .. I asked her had they forgot about me she stated no and asked me my name..went to the other staff and whispered to her. Then she asked me to come around to the desk while she went down the hall.
I’m ready to do what ever I have to get serviced today and the other staff says our x ray. Machine is down and we can reschedule you for tomorrow.. I sai no you guys forgot about me..
You put another patient in my spot . I over heard the conversation.. and you couldn’t fit me back in...
This is ridiculous!! I pray this doesn’t happens often!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. I was anxious and nervous because of the way I had let my teeth go due to bad experiences, with dentist, in the past. From the minute I walked in until I left, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and important. They were all so helpful and friendly. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. The dentist took her time, explained what she found, and together we made a plan to take care of my teeth. Great experience!
