Everyone was super nice and pleasant to speak to! They explained everything to me before, during, and after the procedures. Nothing hurt, and they checked how I was doing frequently. 10/10 will be seeing them again!

Most of the people that work there are very pleasant, but $9,000.00 and 4 months later I could not be more displeased. They were super sweet and helpful until all was said and done. Nothing they promised me has turned out to be correct, I can't even eat in a restaurant because my teeth come out, it's still painful, and then when I continue to complain and ask them to help all I get is rudeness and no help. I definitely recommend going elsewhere!!!

Went here a couple years ago and they wanted to do over $2,000 work on my teeth. I did not take the bait. I was not having any issues with my teeth and only wanted a cleaning. I switched to a trusted dentist with his own practice and he said my teeth were just fine. I will never go here again.

I had oral surgery. The staff were friendly and very professional. They made me feel at ease about my anxiety about Dentist. I recommend Aspen Dental to my friends and family. Even if you don't have insurance call them about the free exam and xrays plus possible financial assistance.

The staff and Dr. Shah were wonderful. There was a bit of a longer wait than I expected but the kind & courteous staff made up for it. I was very well informed on every step in the exam process as well as any further costs going forward. The office manager that we spoke with was especially helpful and informative.

housekeeping not doing first rate job, place really could use a good cleaning. technician ruined expensive shirt by dropping impression goo on my shirt which did not have a bib in place when using this stuff.

This dentist office refuse to forward my documentation from my appointment to another dentist after filing all of the release documentation necessary, this turned out to cost me more money due to having to do another x-ray and I feel it was a personal Vendetta held against me by this office to refuse that normal medical request through normal procedures.

They also told me that my first appointment would be free not looking up my name in the system to see that I have an appointment 3 years ago, so after immediately getting up and driving to the office and incredible tooth pain, I soon realized that I do have a bill for my visit.

They were good all around but just seemed like they didn’t care about the patients actual needs. I felt like they were trying to scam me for anything they could get their hands on, I initially went in to get my wisdom teeth checked out and they recommended I get them taken out, no problem there that’s what I wanted to know. But then they send in a hygienist to look at my teeth some more after the actual dentist and she goes on to diagnose me with gingivitis which would require me to come in twice more to get it checked out, the proper thing to say would be to have me brush more and when I come in to get my wisdom teeth out, they should see if it had gotten any better because often it clears up on its own, if I even did have gingivitis. She then proceeds to rope me in to a oral cancer screening that I never even said I wanted and shoves a document in my lap and tells me to ‘sign here’ I know it seems silly but if a super peppy lady goes on for two minutes about how great this test is and just says sign here, it’s hard to say you would rather not. The test costs 40$ and all she did was take a black light and look in my mouth for maybe thirty seconds? Like excuse me I need to rethink my major if I can get 40$ for two minutes of yapping and thirty seconds in a guys mouth. All in all very not happy with the marketing side of this company, I know they would do a good job but it just seems like not the best option for what you pay. I forgot to mention I need three teeth removed and they initially told me it would all be done, but when I called back and asked for specifics they said they would do just two teeth on one day and have me come back in another time to get the other one out, totally unnecessary and just wanted to get as much out of me as they could!!

The facilities are extraordinarily clean, well-equipped, organized, and comfortable; the staff are friendly, capable, professional, and helpful; and I was seen hours before my appointment because I arrived early. Aspen Dental accepts many payment plans and genuinely seems interested in making sure that you have healthy, functional teeth to live a better life and look your best. Lack of insurance severely prohibits my ability to personally to take better care of my teeth since the out-of-pocket costs are no joke, but I feel like the people at Aspen Dental sincerely want to work with me to help me get to a better place. I'll be going back as soon as I can afford to, and, if I should be so lucky, I'd love to complete some sort of academic program and someday work for this company, specifically at this location .
