Aspen Dental

This is a preliminary rating, based strictly ony new patient experience. I have future work scheduled for which I will leave another review.

My initial impression was that they were overwhelmed with patients and there was literally not a seat left to sit in. However, things moved very quickly and I was able to sit and get started on my paperwork. I had already filled out the insurance portion online, which made things more streamlined.
Before I could even get that done I was called back, so really fast!
They did a battery of x rays, hygienist exam then the dentist did a thorough examination. She was incredibly kind and gentle and answered all of my questions. She offered me several options- and therefore costs- and thanked me for coming.
Next I was taken to the financial person to work out the payment. Again, a number of options, making it very affordable and there was never any judgement or pressure.
I am actually looking forward to going back to have all this old dental work redone and my smile restored!

I am very particular about my dental hygiene, Aspen is a great place to assist me in keeping my perfect smile. Their staff is outstanding and work with you to setup payment plans that work within your budget. Looking for great dental services try Aspen.

Well my first visit was a long wait but the service I received was phenomenal. The staff is great, they are patient and waiting to assist. On my 2nd visit was with my Son and they pulled all four of his wisdom teeth and he is doing fantastic I am so please with the service we received. 3rd visit was a cleaning and she is Great. So all in all I am so pleased with the entire Staff!

Was told over the phone that I’d be able to set up a payment plan. Instead of the payment plan they told me what I needed done and set up the tools. The dentist then left and sent someone into the room and told me I couldn’t get anything done until I paid cash. When I informed them I didn’t have change and only had 2 100 dollar bills they tried to send me to the store luckily my brother had it. I felt so disrespetcted. Update: went to the Columbus Aspen. Was told I didn’t have any cavities...I know for sure I have one. Which means they didn’t even properly look at my teeth. I HATE this company. I’m gonna find out if there’s a way I can report this to MetLife.

Excessive wait time, but aside from that, great service.

Dr Benjamin I Rotwein DMD did oral surgery on my infected wisdom tooth and did the best job any doctor has ever done. He gave me anesthesia and made my experience actually good. I was terrified to be put to sleep because I’ve never done it before but he reassured me and that evening my mouth already feels so much better with his work. The staff was wonderful too. I would recommend him and this dentist office to anyone.

Worst experience I have ever had in a dentist office. Was told not to eat 8 hours before my surgery, then when I get there they have the Food Network channel on. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, I go to the desk to check and see what the issue is. They tell me that there was some kind of accident that had happened in the morning that set everything back a couple of hours. I asked why they didn't notify the afternoon patients and they just looked at me with blank stares. Everybody passed responsibility onto another team member. Finally, after an hour and fifty minutes past my check in time, I am brought to the back and my surgery was performed. The surgeon was good but the rest of the experience was horrific. Standing room only in the waiting room while the Food Network channel was on. No updates or apologies on why so many people had to wait past their appointment times.

I went into Aspen dental for a wellness visit. The staff was very accommodating and took care of me very well. Starting from the front desk to xray’s to Dr. Ferreira consult and then the dental hygienist, the process was very smooth and I was always kept up with what to expect next. Dr. Ferreira was very thorough and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. She made sure all my questions were answered before she left. I will highly recommend Aspen dental for any tooth related issue.

I'm usually afraid and nervous of dentist visits because of my very first dentist visit as a child. My dentist was so mean to me as a 5 yr old.I think my fear of him stuck with me to the point where I hardly visited a dentist in my adult life. Except when I really had to. I ended up developing periodontal disease. Now I have to deal with the consequences of it. I finally decided to go to Aspen after watching the commercials and my husband talking about his experience,but I'm not afraid anymore when I left I felt very confident,informed and satisfied. I feel ready and confident. The receptionist,the dentist and the consultant were all beautifully trained staff. Matter of fact when I left I recommended my co-worker and friend!

I always have a good experience at Aspen Dental but this last time was amazing!! The lady who cleaned my teeth and did my X-rays made me feel very comfortable!! I think her name is Ally.. Thank You Ally!!
