Would never go back again,make sure you get a insurance predetermination! The office tells you one thing than gives you a sheet with what your insurance will pay and what your part is and that’s ok, than after the work is done you’ll get a letter from your insurance saying they’re not paying for alot of the work you had done! Than your on the hook for the money! Please beware.

Always happy with Dr. Shah. She takes a personal interest in her patients and has excellent follow up skills. You can count on her deal fairly with any problems that may arise.

The staff here were wonderful at every single point of contact— including my hygienist Kelly and Dr. Kerber. I was very impressed! I had xrays, consultation and cleaning. So convenient, great recommendations and no “selling.” Our friend is having more extensive work done and we have total confidence that it will be complete and correct. Thank you very much!!!

I was very pleased with my visit. The office was clean and modern, there was practically no wait, and all the employees were friendly and professional. My dental work was done efficiently and correctly, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. Again, I was very happy with Aspen Dental - Opelika, and will return in the future.

I discovered Aspen from a Google search for Dental providers. I'm so glad I went there, they are very very nice.... The service and what I need done is going great. They get you in and out super fast. The dentist is Sooo sweet and thoughtful about any concerns. They created a plan of action for what I wanted done and I'm beyond elated. The price was very affordable and they discuss options for you to pay. I'm over joyed and highly recommend 😍

Dr. Shaw was amazing! I came to her office in severe pain as a new patient. I had no insurance and was having a hard time finding a dentist that would take an emergency appointment. Aspen made me an appointment the day I called with no problem. The following day I had the tooth extracted. The whole staff was nice from the front desk to check out.

As a new patient to Aspen Dental Auburn, I would highly recommend them to everyone. I found their care, expertise, sharing of knowledge, and wonderful patient interaction to be above and beyond. I found reception to be the most pleasant and helpful above and beyond. Thanks Jamie! and Laura! Then Tina took my x-rays again being so pleasant, and with great care did a great job. Dr. Henville was so patient and took the time to explain the dental care I needed. Her expertise was wonderful and I felt like I was getting the best dental care. Charlie was super in doing a deep cleaning for me and so very patiently explaining how I could take the best care of my teeth. He absolutely went above and beyond and took time to have me understand what was being done every step of the way. Thanks to Charlie I feel I can really take care of my teeth. His knowledge was super and he continues with dental school to help his patients. You only have one set of teeth to take care of!!!!! I would absolutely recommend Aspen Dental Auburn!
