Had two teeth They removed,even tho i have high blood pressue,&told them I was a lil nervous. Bed side, they made sure I was alright&after My Dr sent approval for the removal, The Dentist&Assistant, made sure i was OK. Still n a lil pain, but i got refills, Im'a B OK, I thank You All again ...peAce& l8ve...

I just listened to the front desk clerk at the Opelika location disclose a patient's name, SSN, DOB, ans other relatives privaye information on the phone. The lobby is full of customers. Why is this being allowed? The office manager is walking back and forth as the clerk is loudly reading off this person's public information.

My partner and I agree: Dr. Shaw is the best dentist we have ever been to. She was kind, communicative, honest, and professional. The office manager Jennifer was excellent. She sat with us for as long as we needed and warmly helped us through all of our appointment coordinating and payment plan options. Outstanding service all around!

This was the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff is amazing! Everyone is extremely kind, patient, and understanding.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone but especially people like me that have past negative experiences. You will be at ease in no time.

From the calling if making my first appointment, to the walking out was a good experience. The front staff were friendly, professional, and happy. Aerial who took my xrays, Dr Shah my Dentist, and Nikki the Hygienist, were amazing. Helped ease my fears and very caring. I found myself very happy leaving. Everyone was terrific. Worse experience ever. They took 117
00 from my account without doing anything. I had an account in Columbus Ga where I last was treated but I had an appointment which was about 30 later, when I reached out to them to get seen sooner they charge me 117.00 for Xays which they already had access to so when I asked about service and they tried to schedule an appointment. I said forget it. The next day I checked my account and realized they took the money

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location, the staff are super efficient and work together incredibly well to create a warm welcoming environment. The Hygienist was friendly, funny, and efficient. Dr. Shah-Kerber was amazing as usual and has made herself a reputation of hand selecting the finest employees and pushing them to be the best staff they can be.

About two weeks ago I went to my first appointment and sat in they waiting room for nearly two hours before I had to get up and leave. Because of this I decided never to go back until about a week ago I received a call from the office manager who heard about my experience. Because she was so apologetic and professional (and also because finding a dentist who takes my insurance sucks and I'm 4 months past due for a cleaning) I decided to go back and give them another chance and I'm glad I did. The staff is very friendly and very thorough (I think I counted them doing 15 x rays of my mouth). I'll gladly be returning to Aspen Dental.

Easiest tooth extractions I've ever experienced I had 3 wisdom teeth removed one abscessed and one impacted I'm in day 4 of recovery and pain is little to none (while I'm medicated) the customer service was very friendly and helpful they even set me up with a credit plan to pay off my surgery because lord knows I couldn't afford the $997 bill all at once. Very exceptional place would highly recommend

The staff was very courteous and professional. However, their cost was outrageous! Their treatment plan for myself and my wife was over $12,000. A second treatment plan from a very reputable dentist was $3,800 for the same dental repair. Aspen Dental may or may not do good work, but their costs are greatly inflated. I would not recommend them.
