My wife's filling fell out while on a business trip and after calling Aspen, they promised they could help. Then, after spending two hours there, going through x-rays, gum measurements, conversations, waiting, financial discussions and who knows what else, they tell us: "We can't help you until we clean your teeth." So, my wife said, "Okay, clean my teeth and then you can fix my filling." Aspen then responded, "We can't get you in for a cleaning until next week." Wait! What? Hey Aspen, what part of "I'm here in town visiting and need my tooth fixed didn't you get? A horrible experience. I'd give ZERO stars if Google allowed it. DO NOT VISIT HERE!

I was comfortable from the moment I walked in, they’re so kind and professional. They check on you throughout every procedure and explain what’s going on so that you can understand why everything is necessary. They’re a big help to those who need help financially as well, they work with you! I highly recommend this Dental Office.

I cannot recommend Aspen dental. They are very money hungry and want to make up a bunch of stuff wrong to get more money out of you. There are plenty other reputable dentist in the area, so run as fast as you can. I’m thinking they must be paying people for reviews. Shady, shady, shady.

I went to this place in Phenix City, AL having severe dental pain and had to wait an entire week just to be told that my total charge was $4,196.00 and I had to come up with 60% prior to treatment and the rest after treatment was complete. They took more x-rays that I've had in my entire lifetime and never addressed my pain. The out of pocket being charged to me does not match my insurance's responsibility. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are charging me more than they're suppose to according to my insurance company.

I called and made an appointment was able to get in get an x-ray and an exam. The dentist told me that he could do two tooth extractions today with a deep cleaning. Once I got a final price which was over $8,000 I declined and just asked to have the two teeth extracted which will cost me $106.All of a sudden he couldn’t extract my two teeth today. I was told over the phone and when I got here that I could get my tooth extracted today I took time off from work and now he said he can do it Thursday. I’m in so much pain and extremely extremely disappointed. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Aspen Dental is a wonderful business. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They explained everything to me so I was aware of all my options. My entire family will be going here from now. Thanks Aspen dental for making my pain go away and providing me with excellence service and a better smile.
GOD BLESS YOU IN JESUS NAME
I wasted my my morning coming here . I was there for 2 1/2 hours and nothing but x-rays was done bouncing around in the room and waiting room . I will definitely not be coming back . They where more worried about selling me products than what I was scheduled for . I was supposed to have my teeth cleaned and ended up with x-ray and going home . I didn't schedule an appointment to be sold a bridge or implants . I was there for my teeth cleaning. The girls and staff were nice and pleasant just not happy how they processed the appointment.

It is not uncommon for me to receive 15+ injections to numb an area for a dental procedure, and my body metabolizes the medication very fast. For this reason the dentist is not my favorite place. I make sure to inform the staff, and prepare myself as best as I can. Today, at Aspen Dental in Phenix City I was the worst dental experience I have ever had. There were several attempts to adequately numb me for an extraction. After each attempt I would still experience PAIN during the procedure. Not pressure, but PAIN. The dentist became increasingly inpatient as I complained of pain, at one point asking, "what's the problem now?" Eventually she slammed the instruments down stating, "I'm not doing this. Send her to a surgeon" and walked out. She never returned to the room. The dental assistant returned and handed me piece of paper. I attempted to inquire about exposed roots since the procedure was attempted but not completed, as well as after care instructions. I was told I would be fine. I left the office in tears with blood pouring out of my mouth. I went back in the office to ask for gauze to stop the bleeding. The front office girls are amazing and quickly assisted me. As for the dentist, she is unprofessional, and I will never step foot back into that office. I have no issue with the referral to an oral surgeon. My only issue is with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Dr. Carolina Ferreira.
