They were really nice and accommodating. Dr. Sarah was very professional and the X-ray girl I think her name was Jasmine was gentle. I hate going to the dentist but this office made my experience a good one. I will be back.

Aspen Dental in Alabama is awesome with very good customer services, time, and very clean awesome team I love them even though it was my first time. I went their they we very nice but i got the feel they were all about making money. They told me i needed a lot for cavities filled and other things so i went and got a second opinion i only needed 1 cavity filled and a cleaning! They wanted me to pay and have dental work done i did not even need ! To me that is messed up after my exam they rushed me into a financial office which made me want to get the second opinion.

Came here in dire need of an extraction. A filling had broken loose and left an exposed nerve in it wake. Apparently, my blood pressure was far too high to do the procedure. So, I was sent home on a Saturday with nothing to help with the blinding pain, but the advice of motrin and Tylenol. Which I can attest wont help you sleep when your mouth is on fire. I suffered the weekend, and managed an appointment on monday with my primary care physician, who updated my meds and released me to return for the procedure. To which your dentest remarked that I would have to stay on the meds for 2 weeks before they would do the extraction. I am in constant pain, and sleep deprived. I will find another provider to do what I need and I will happily steer everyone I know from your doors, as apparent distress does not move your dentists.

I tried to get an appointment where Jennifer the clark promised that they pull the tooth in two days they then listed me as a new customer just to get Xrays. I explained that the Columbus location had my XRays on file. They did nothing but change me 120.00 for no service???

I was new to the Aspen Dental Services They called constantly to confirm my appt for today, I arrived early for my 2:45 pm appointment and they gave it away to someone else. I had the appt in writing. They tried to get me to take a 4;15 appointment. I refused. They are terrible in the office

God bless every single person that works at Aspen Dental in Phenix City Alabama! I have only seen a dentist twice in my life & was dreading going to get a tooth extracted.

Everyone was so nice and understanding. I have never seen a group of people that all genuinely care about their patients more than Aspen Dental Phenix City does. There was no judgement or pushing of treatments that I couldn't afford. The price was great. I will definitely be back to have work done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You have changed my outlook on going to the dentist.

The staff was absolutely sweet, i was a little disappointed in the miss communication about pricing. I was told it would cost a little but but not $6 thousand dollars! I don’t have dental insurance and I found it strange . Im aware that that my wisdom tooth is a problem but my wisdom tooth cracked a molar. I understand having to take care of the whole thing but all I wanted to do was remove the ONE tooth with exposed nerve. I was told per the Dentist was supposed to prescribe me something for the horrible pain and i never got anything for the pain especially when it was Aspen who told me verbatim that they were going to send off something for the pain and never did. I ended up paying 53.00 on what was supposed to be a free visit. $53.00 to “ensure” my next appointment!!? Ive never even heard of having to do that and again if I don’t have insurance how in the world during this pandemic does anyone just have 6,0000 lying around??

I had 3 teeth pulled Monday (3 days ago) and my doctor and her assistant were very comforting. The staff are extremely supportive and friendly. My doctor made sure I was very comfortable and wasnt in any pain as she was removing my teeth, and she talked to me the whole time making sure I was ok. Her assistant held my hand and made me feel comfortable as I was getting my gums numb. I really felt safe and comfortable here and I appreciate my doctor, her assistant and the staff for making this visit pleasant.
